Urghhhhhhhhh they look so chopped I haven’t drawn anything non Tbhk in a hot minute. Much less danganronpa.

I guess some aspects would have to change in order for it to not be totally ooc. Like shuichi seemed pretty open to telling kaede about his life meanwhile Kyoko either she didn’t remember or you had to waterboard the information out of her. I also feel like Shuichi would be a lot guiltier over chapter 5 but Kaede is the one that’s more persistent on taking the fall for him.

Saimatsu: eeeek!!! Should I ask shuichi to hang out after this is all over..?

Naegiri: Naegi I need you to take the blame for the murder neither of us committed and then get executed for it. because if you don’t then we will never find out the truth behind this school. Oh…a pinky promise..? I guess bro.

I think I had a missed opportunity to make the “throw you in the lake” be Amane tossing Mitsuba and Kou into the well, oh well, cartoonishly evil saw trap it is.

Danganronpa au pt. 2

I always forget this game is like…actually funny. I got into the franchise at a ridiculously young age so most of the jokes flew over my head, it wasn’t until pretty recently that I’ve been replaying the games and realizing that this is a black comedy HAHA

Here’s some other miscellaneous videos, I gotta start making actual trials for this…maybe later…I wanna go as far as to actually make the game and have it be like a fun side project for the summer, it’d probably be very short though, like maybe only 1 trial or something, drawing is NOT easy

big fan of when a character is dead and the narrative frames them in a very angelic, soft, gentle manner but then it turns out not only are they still alive (plot twist) but theyre alive in the most gruesome and horrific way. your loving kind mentor who motivates you to fight in their memory came back wrong and theres blood and dirt under their fingernails from clawing they way out of the grave.

I might make characters like Tsuchigomori, Yako, and hakubo be entirely human, despite the fact that they’re adults I ran out of teenagers to torture so we’re gonna have to use ALL of them, at least hakubo because he’s cool and I wanna use him in my stuff more often.

However characters like nene and teru do get a partial exclusion since their talents can’t interfere as much. You know what can interfere though? Big ass scissors and being able to summon bugs triple the size of everyone.

In nenes head, amanes a support, to everybody else…ehhhhhh..not so much…however his quiet nature helps gather any info not picked up on by the rest

I like the idea of kannagis still holding a relevance to the story, same to how the “ultimate hope” exists but maybe it could be a much darker turn to it…not really sure…

Tried to capture the same vibes as those 2018 animatics, but it’s hard to do that with modern knowledge I guess

Definitely didn’t want to make Sakura too angry, I think shed still maintain her composure

The other two! Originally didn’t plan on Mitsuba keeping his scarf but I’d imagine each member of the heathers has an accessory to show their status, Tsukasa it’s his seal, nene it’s her brooch and mitsubas would be the scarf. Tsukasa never gives nenes diary back after big fun which is how it ends up in Amanes hands by the time “yo girl” rolls around

Speak of the devil, I don’t put much effort into these two since they show up for like a singular frame, Aoi is Betty Finn, not Martha, if I remember correctly, Betty Finn worked for the school paper which I like because it ties into her role as someone who tells rumors. This is also probably the SINGULAR aspect I’m keeping from the movie, thougj I hate the musical for taking away the heathers depth

The context for tjis trial is that it’s like trial 4 which is why there aren’t that many characters talking,

Tsukasa COULD’VE gotten away with the crime but if anything amanes own interference to try to shift away the blame made it more obvious, regardless, Tsukasa was executed :(

I would LOVE to write a fic for this but I genuinely MIGHT be the worst writer of oat ESPECIALLY when it comes to dialogue and characterization

But here’s some ideas

I would really wanna utilize the setting of sumires village for an execution, like maybe it could be the culprit getting chased through the village before falling off the edge , can’t think of any culprits I have in mind that would fit it though

I was debating on monokuma being the mokke or no. 6 and sumire cause he’s the literal grim reaper hello

Either Mastermind is Sakura or I also like shijima as the mastermind too since she can mess with people’s memories

I wanna use some of the in universe stuff as motives (wish granting, maybe something with the curse that would work similar to despair disease?) + motives from previous games like (revive any dead person)

Bonus sprites! I made these for separate trial but it flopped so I got mad and deleted the video ✌️
