I tried to challenge myself to make a multi family home with starter funds. Its got two bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Completely basegame, no move objects cheat.

Bathe- Spa for Bathe De Rill lot in Windenburg. Lots of natural light and eco friendly accents in this spa, built for the 40 x 30 lot in the Lykke Center neighborhood. It has a pool, sauna, onsen, a full yoga studio, and private meditation rooms. There is also a bar, and bathrooms and lockers for your sims to use.

Uses Spa Day, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle, and Snowy Escape.

Sims 4 Build- One Room Cabin (BGC+CC)

This is actually a room build, which means that there is no roof. However, you can place it wherever you want on any lot. It also has windows and a door, so the roofing is the only renovation needed. Besides the CC, it only uses base game items. If you have tiny living it is a tier one tiny home.

Sims 4 Build- Pretty Pink Dollhouse (BGC+CC)

I built a cute little dollhouse in the sims. I made my own cc so that you can see each room regardless of what floor your sim is on. It won't look like a dollhouse without the cc, they'll be replaced with regular windows.
