It's raining the day before summer starts...
How I feel when putting on a hood...
How I feel with allergies...
Using the Internet can be challenging...
When I made a poor choice in clothing on a sunny day...
Bonus Points: if it was cloudy and cold when you left for work and when it was finally time to go home, it was utterly warm outside...
To be my boyfriend...
You have to be a shadowhunter, a wizard, a demigod, an insanely attractive boy with a number for a name, or a victor of the Hunger Games.
When a guy opens his car door for you...
4 month summer break starts on Monday...
When someone talks to me in an accent...
[Bonus points if they are Irish.]
Waking up with extremely sore legs...
[12 hour PA job for Hector and the Search for Happiness can really screw up your muscles.]
So I met this dude...
Yesterday I had the chance to be an extra on a film called "Hector and the Search For Happiness".
It stars Simon Pegg, Christopher Plummer and Toni Collette.
I tweeted to Simon in the morning and when I sat down on set, I look behind me and he's getting make up done. He catches my eye and says, "Hey, I saw you on Twitter". Needless to say, I didn't believe him and told him he didn't. Then he mentioned what I said in the tweet and, lo' and behold, he was correct.
I had a mini internal meltdown while the students surrounding me all had gaping mouths.
I was then moved lower towards the front of the lecture hall and sat behind Christopher Plummer for awhile (yes, Captain Von Trapp!). He is an amazing actor. How does he do it!?
I later left the set and ran into Simon and Toni. We chatted for a bit and I even made them laugh!
I waited another hour and finally got a photo with Simon. He called me his "Twitter Buddy" and I hope I can meet him again. He's so down to earth and chill.
On a side note, I might be working on future films and TV shows in Vancouver this summer. I'll keep ya'll updated. =]
When it's been sunny for a full week...
[Bonus points: I live in Vancouver, BC...this is a big deal]
When my prof expects a 12 page paper in a week...
How I feel during class discussions...
When I saw someone didn't win Tim Horton's Roll Up the Rim...
When someone tells me they have never watched Star Wars...
[Bonus points if they say they've only seen Episodes 1-3]
