Yes!! Thanks so much for the req anon, here we go! I decided to do an established relationship for this one, hope thatâs alright!
Scout
Oh this will not be tolerated.
Scout is near impossible to ignore when he wants something, persistent beyond belief. If he wants your attention he is going to do whatever he has to do to get it.
The times where you do have time for him he spends most of it whining about how little he sees you.
When heâs not doing that though, Scout is constantly checking to make sure youâre having a good time with him. Going out of his way to make you laugh more than usual, and doing stupid things to get your attention.
Really afraid of you getting bored of him, and thinks you being busy will make you forget why you like him.
Abandonment issues are a bitch.
He is pretty pathetic, but heâs too proud to say any of it out loud, so he keeps it to himself. Just follows you around like a lost dog when youâre around, talking your ear off about all the things you missed while you were busy.
Doesnât allow for a second of silence, just trying to keep your attention as much as possible. Heâs so used to feeling like he has to work for attention so heâs not any different with you.
âOh, did I tell you what happened with the teleportaâ the other day? It was wild, straight up IâŠâ he continues rambling on and on.
At first you mistake it for genuine excitement for spending time with you again, but eventually you realize how disjointed his rants are and how anxious he sounds. Heâs hardly even breathing in between sentences.
âScout, scout! Slow down, relax,â you say in a light chuckle, grabbing his hand. Rubbing your thumb along the back of it. âTake it easy babe, deep breaths.â
âWhat? What happened?â He asked cluelessly, probably didnât even realize he was doing it.
You just give him a big kiss, and then another for good measure.
You reassure him how much you like him, and how you being busy doesnât change that at all. Once you start being all sweet to him he will turn to mush in your arms whining about how youâve been neglecting him.
You make sure to give him some much needed attention that night.
Demoman
Demo HATES it when youâre busy. Heâs way less clingy than Scout is, and definitely less pathetic about it, but it gets under his skin in a crazy way.
Will probably plan a cutesy date for you two. But when you get pulled away again? God heâs crushed.
Drinks to deal with it, thatâs the only real way he knows how to deal with big feelings, so this is no different really.
You come back to an absolute blubbering mess, itâs almost impossible to understand him, but you definitely get the gist.
Felt so rejected that you left from the thing he planned for the two of you, and you feel SO GUILTY. You had felt bad before, but Tavish is pretty good about hiding his hurt so you figured heâd be okay.
You drop everything to stay with him that night of course, and the two of you share a nice quiet night together.
As soon as he wakes up he starts apologizing, remembering how he acted the night before.
âOh my god, mâ so sorry,â he said the second he opened his eyes.
You kiss his forehead âno Iâm sorry. Iâm so so sorry for skipping out on our date.â
âSâokay,â he mumbled, just happy to have you here now.
You make it up to him by having a really romantic date night with him.
Sniper
Yes anon just like you said he is the clingiest man.
Shows it in weird covert ways though, just following you around like a shadow. Sometimes you kind of forget heâs there.
Doesnât want to really say anything because he knows itâs not like itâs your choice to be busy, he knows you rather spend all your time with him. But that doesnât take away from the fact that he feels super neglected.
I imagine heâs pretty secure typically, but he might become nervous that youâre getting tired of him. Wonât show any of that, youâll probably never know about it.
Frequently calls his parents about you, they get annoyed at his lamenting. But theyâre happy he finally found someone he can tolerate.
He doesnât mind alone time in relationships honestly, but it gets to a point where itâs too much for him.
This is really the only time heâs the one to initiate physical contact, pretty much the second the two of you are alone.
(Given of course that the two of you have already been together for a considerable amount of time).
âSniper Iâm so sorry Iâve been so busyââ he cut you off by wrapping his arms around you and kissing your face all over.
You yelp in surprise but ultimately just let him get it all out of his system, fighting it would be unwise. Not that youâd want too.
Once heâs done he pulls back staring at you intently âso I take it you missed me,â you say a little slyly.
He shrugs a little, leaning down to kiss your neck âmaybe a lilââ he says softly.
Youâre not getting away from him for a long time, may as well just accept it.
Solider
Solider isnât clingy, and can exist perfectly fine without you.
Not like he wants to though, much prefers life with you in it.
Will act cranky without you though, much harder on the other mercs when youâre busy.
They literally beg you to spend more time with him, heâs killing them.
Extremely excited when you give him some much needed quality time
âCupcake!â He exclaimed crushing your spine as he picked you up into a big head.
âI missed you too, love,â you struggle out, âbut if you could pleaseâ youâre crushing me.â
Heâs smiling the whole time as he complains about how terrible his teams has been treating him, loves it when you sympathize for him.
Absolutely mopey if you get pulled away again.
So long as when youâre with him you arenât distracted and there are times when you are with him then he doesnât take much offense to it. Considers himself to be a fairly busy individual as well, doesnât mind going your separate ways. My man is secure af in relationships.
Engineer
Engineer, too, is a very busy individual, so he doesnât take much offense to it.
But he gets tense without you, your his rock and he loses himself in his work if youâre not around enough.
The two of you have to make a mutual agreement to not get so wrapped up in your work.
When you two are together you probably just spend a lot of time enjoying how quiet and calm things are when you arenât buried under projects.
Maybe you even make some space to get work done together, like taking whatever youâre doing into his workshop. If youâre going to be busy, may as well be busy together.
âHon, could you pass me that wrench?â Engie asked, holding one of his machines in place.
Without looking up from your project you pick up the wrench âhere you are dear,â you say casually handing it to him.
âMuch obliged,â he responded, and the two of you returned to your own little worlds.
Parallel play goes crazy.
Pyro
Pyro doesnât like it one bit.
Things feel calmer when youâre around, and when youâre not, they can feel quite discorded and lonely. They feel like youâre one of the few people who actually may understand them, so when youâre not around they tend to feel pretty lost and upset.
Itâs not like they need you, but you make things more manageable for them.
You come back to a big fire I bet, as thatâs Pyros only real way of expressing their emotions.
You feel really bad for leaving them all alone and try to make it up to them with a lot of cuddles and kisses. It almost works.
You really do have to make up with them, not just because you love them but for the sake of all the flammable things and people in the area.
You guys spend a lot of quality time together after that, and Pyro keeps you from ever going too far. Not that you mind though.
Medic
Medic gets very passive aggressive when heâs not given enough attention.
You might actually think you being buys is not a problem at first, the way he continues to insist that he doesnât care. But after enough under his breath comments it becomes glaringly obvious that he actually does care.
He gets really huffy and cold when he feels neglected. Youâre gonna have to do a lot to win his favor back.
âCome on, I said I was sorry,â you say with a frown.
âI said I donât care,â Medic huffs
You roll your eyes as Medic turns his back on you, you sigh a little "okay well, I care. It was so very cruel of me to neglect you like that. I'm sorry my dear."
Medic presses his lips together to hide his smile "well you had better be!" He exclaims crossing his arms.
Pretty needy after that, you have to be on top of quality time with him from that point on.
He really does try to be understanding but he's a high maintenance partner and the two of you knew that going into things, so you have to just accept that fact.
Flowers and chocolate may be in order to get back into his good graces.
Heavy
Heavy is also pretty secure.
He's needy, but he is secure enough to not take it personally.
When you are around him he doesn't do any thing special beyond being a little bit more touchy with you, it's usually pretty unnoticable, but if you look it there.
You were telling him a story once from a time when you spent a long time away from him, and he stroked your arm as you talked.
"Heavy--" you say beetween a chuckle "--that tickles."
"Well maybe Heavy misses you while you're away," He says lowly as his fingers trace down your arm and to your hand.
"Oh you're such a sap!" You exclaim.
Heavy won't say it (because he doesn't want you to feel pressured) but he would absolutely love it if you surprised him with a romantic date night when you came to see him after a week of being busy. He doesn't need it, but it is very much appreciated.
Really doesn't want to come off as clingy and will go to great lengths to not be seen as such.
He totally is though, whoops.
Spy
Being the romantic that he is he likely finds some creative way to get your attention.
Maybe he let's himself into your room and sets up a romantic night in for the two of you, your favorite food and wine, candles and roses, all the works.
Pretends it's all for you and your benefit, Spy of course is too high and mighty to actually miss anyone. Even if that's what it really seems like what is happening.
"Wow I can't believe you did all this for me," you say gently, sitting at the seat that Spy pulled out for you.
"Of course, the very best for you mon amour," he says pushing you in towards the dinner he set out for the two of you "I know how very terrible it must've been without me."
His expression his smug as he sits down in front of you, picking up his glass of wine "sure, this is all definitely for me," you say teasingly, before he responds you continue "I wish you had told me before though, I don't exactly feel romantic date night ready."
He assures you that you look perfect, and if not conviced he certainly knows something else you can change into to look even better.
Spy just goes right into grand gesture mode when anything in the relationship happens.
Spy thinks very highly of himself, so he's not really worried about you getting bored of him or how much time you spend together.
Needy in his own way though.

Pauling strikes me more as a cat person, but she still loves dogs.
Unfortunately she has no time to responsibly own a pet, sheâs hardly ever home so it would be lonely and sheâd feel terrible. So you coming into her life was blessing!
She adores when you walk them all together, she will absolutely accompany you if she has the opportunity.
Will take your dogs with her on the jobs she may feel unsafe during or uneasy about, if of course you let her. Your dogs are sweet and in reality wouldnât hurt a fly, but theyâre big and intimidating.
On days when she feels stressed out she will just lay underneath them in a big dog pile.
She gets intense cuteness aggression I feel like, so she enjoys that she can shake your dogs around because theyâre so big.
Canât help you take care of them, even though she wishes she could but she just doesnât have the time. Whenever sheâs at the store she will buy them the nice expensive treats and toys though.
She totally hangs out with you because she likes you and not just for your dogs, totalllllyyy.
Uses your dogs as a way to judge people.
âPauling, you canât hate that guy just because Princess doesnât like him,â you say crossing your arms.
âBut she likes everyone,â Pauling laments, before quickly turning her attention to the needy hounds that surround her, due to the treats in her hand. Reprimanding them passively as they jump and nip at her fingers.
You observe Princess, the largest dog in the pack, sitting patiently thumping her tail against the floor looking up expectantly at Pauling. âOkay, yeah that actually is a good point,â you concede at last.
Theyâre not your dogs, theyâre our dogs. At least thatâs what Pauling always says. You canât really argue with that.

Sniper eventually does get used to being a relationship and stops acting so awkward around you.
He may even be so bold as to actually initiate physical contact with you, who knows!
I think Sniper would not be the biggest fan of PDA, heâs a private man. While heâs happy to tell people of your relationship and show you off to everyone, anything beyond hand holding is a big no no.
Sniper just likes spending quiet quality time alone with you, after a hard day at work thatâs really all he wants.
Like I said in the first post any conflict in the relationship with normally comes from Sniper being an emotional shut in. Feels ridiculous talking about his emotions and so he refuses to put himself through it.
Will bottle things up and then explode about something inconsequential causing a huge fight thatâs probably âaboutâ you closing the door too loudly but itâs really about something else.
Once he realizes how much strain itâs putting on you and your relationship he starts working to be better with it.
Feels like such an idiot every time you two fight, he loves you so much and hates when he treats you anything less than the royalty you are.
Sniper loves the idea of sharing a space with you full time, if youâre willing, heâs expressed the idea of buying a bigger camper to accommodate for another person. But in the meantime you two make do.
Snipers dates are mostly camping trips, whenever the two of you have some time to yourself Snipers takes you on some very romantic retreats.
He loves to spoil you, but heâs really nonchalant about it so heâll never be direct and itâs done in super discreet ways.
You were digging through you bag one day talking to him âIâm not sure where I put it actually andâ what is this doing in here?â You ask pulling up a fistful of cash.
Sniper appears coy suddenly and shrugs passively âoh? Who knows.â
You give him a skeptical glare âthis is from you isnât it? I told you you donât have to do that.â
âBut what if ya see somethinâ nice anâ Iâm not there?â Sniper whines.
âIâll buy it myself?â You say, Sniper protests against that idea very vehemently.
You also find many carved trinkets around your space and in your pockets out of nowhere, Sniper will think itâs just the strangest thing if you bring it up⊠he has no idea how that got there⊠how bizarre.
Feels so very lucky to be with you, just wants to keep you happy, so heâs willing to do whatever it is he has to do to get that to happen.
Youâre the first serious relationship heâs ever been in, others have tried, but they werenât as patient as you were.
One night when the two of you were alone in the darkness of the van Sniper whispered âthank you for giving me a chance.â
You say up in bed a little, trying to get a better look at him, but it was too dark to do so, of course he knew that, which is the only reason he felt confident enough to say it out loud.
You searched in the darkness for his face, finding it and rubbing your thumb along his cheekbones âyou donât have to thank me, Iâm not doing charity work,â you lean forward to place a kiss next to his nose, breath tickling his face âI love you, you know that?â
His heart leaps to his throat, âyes,â he says a little wetly âyeah of course I do love.â
Things become very domestic and very uncomplicated about a year or so in, Sniper likes being with you and you like being with him, not much else is needed aside from that.

The team has a new recruit! They are one of the most genuine, patient, friendly, sweetest people one could ever meet. They make everyone breakfast in the mornings, they listen to people's problems, they volunteer at a puppy orphanage, talk down muggers in the street, essentially a bottle of sunshine as a person.
On the battlefield however, they are most certainly one of the scariest people alive. They are incredibly strong and durable, no need for weapons when they can tear people apart with their bears hands and teeth. They are brutal, carnage incarnate, and have absolutely no fear whatsoever.
Now, their sweetness is genuine, they are not faking anything. Outside of battle they are one of the most pleasant, stable people on the team. If ever asked, the best reply they can ever give is "This is a war with no true death. (Thanks to the respawn machine) When you can play a game with no consequences, why not have a little fun? ~"
What do the mercs think about their new teammate? How did they react to seeing their first time on the battlefield? How scary is the game with a player who doesn't care?
Sorry about the length, I got all excited. Romantic or platonic is good, and pick whichever mercs you like to focus on.
Scout enjoys your sweet side, Scout tends to lean towards supportive types since he doesnât see much of that from the other mercs.
The two of you get along quickly.
We know he secretly loves being babied so he likes that you make breakfast and do all the cleaning.
Heâll probably make fun of you, calling you the teams maid. You let it slide though, maybe playfully teasing him back.
But ultimately he enjoys having someone around who isnât totally nihilistic and hasnât already half given up on being happy, itâs a nice change of pace for him.
All that being said, he doesnât think youâre going to last a second on the battlefield.
Sure, being all starry eyed and happy go lucky is all good and fine around the base, but thatâs the type of stuff that breaks you on the battlefield, respawns or not.
Genuinely tries to talk you out of it the first time youâre set to go out.
âAre you sure you really thought this through? Nobodyâd be mad if ya skipped out on us, maybe Pauling has another type-a job for you.â
âScout, itâs sweet you care so much, but I assure you I have it under control.â
Heâs unconvinced so he goes into it feeling the need to protect you.
After he is literally doused in BLU teams blood, itâs pretty glaringly obvious you donât need him.
Is in genuine awe, hardly fights the whole match, just watches you in⊠terror? Amazement? Surprise? Heâs not exactly sure what heâs feeling, but there is a lot of it.
Heâs definitely more wary from that point forward of making any sort of jokes about you.
Medic
Medic is wholly distrusting of your whole âgood guyâ act.
It might seem nice, and maybe you are but nobody gets into your position by being all smiles all the time he knows that.
Once he does a bit of inspecting on your character and a whole lot of judging, finding out that you are seriously just that golden hearted is a serious surprise to him.
You may point out to him thatâs itâs pretty unfair of him of all people to be suspicious, the guy who smiles while doing open heart surgery, which he concedes.
Heâs much more receptive to your niceness from then on.
Doesnât fear so much for your safety on the battlefield, your kindness was not a good enough scale for how you would perform in battle, at least in Medics eyes.
Feels much more drawn to you after seeing your insane side.
Once seeing you on the battlefield he feels he finally has the full picture of who you are, and enjoys your company much more.
Your attitudes of being fairly frivolous on the battlefield have earned the two of you a rather unnerving reputation, but neither of you care, content to be menaces on the ground.
Sniper
Likewise, Sniper is a little suspicious about your behavior.
A puppy shelter? The sweet conversations? Helping at soup kitchens? Itâs all a little on the nose for his tastes.
The kicker for him was when you somehow turned a violent drunk man on the street into a weeping mess, talking him through his childhood trauma. You really were just that tooth rottingly sweet.
Gets used to it, keeps his distance, but gets used to it.
After seeing you in battle he is even more put off. Of course, he respects your play, just the same way that he has some base level of respect for his teammates but it never goes beyond that.
He has strict codes he sticks to on the battlefield, and seeing you so lax about respect just sort of rubs him the wrong way.
You two probably donât end up seeing eye to eye all too often, and may butt heads fairly often because of this.
But at the end of the day, youâre both teammates, and everyone else on the team loves you so much that it makes Mick feel like an asshole for having any negative feelings towards you.
Pyro
Wow! You guys get along so great!
Pyro is the exact same way, relatively beloved due to kindness off the battlefield but feared during the fight.
Pyro adores how kind and compassionate you are, wants to do all your helping stuff with you. Even if they donât really know how to properly help anyone without starting a fire.
They will âhelpâ with cooking and cleaning, just enjoying trying to be helpful.
You show up in a lot of their pyro land drawings, and they do enjoy spending a lot of time with you, and you them!
Pyro also loves helping out with you on the battlefield! Spreading peace and love is that much easier when youâre by their side.
Or at least⊠thatâs Pyros version of events.

Hi anon! I wrote for a prompt pretty similar to this, so you can check that out too if it interests you! That being said I will still drop a few headcanons here! Enjoyyy!
Sniper
Sniper had a relatively good upbringing, so he is well adjusted enough to make a good father.
Still pretty anxious that heâs doing everything wrong.
Is honestly just afraid that his kid will turn out to be antisocial like him and be outcast, he prompts them to get involved in extracurricular activities often. Wonât force them though.
Sniper is very supportive of his kids, if they have some strange fixation/interest he will do anything to make sure they can continue with it. Will also try and get into it himself so he can bond with his kids.
Most of his fatherly love is shared in quality time, he likes to spend most of his hours with his kids even in silence, he just loves them so much.
Protective papa bear, this much we know.
Doesnât let his kids around the other mercs, thinks their crazy will rub off on them.
Engineer
As I have said before I think he would make a really great dad.
Teaches his kids very hands on life skills, they must know how to fix a car at least.
Likes cooking them breakfast in the morning, as I feel like bacon and eggs is like one of the only things he can actually successfully cook.
Supportive, doesnât really care about anything so long as his kids are happy and safe.
Likes to have his kids with him while he works, itâs important quality time for him and it keeps him from getting too sucked into what heâs working on.
All the other mercs become what is essentially uncles to his kids, he brings them around semi often. He understands itâs dangerous work though so he doesnât let them get too involved.
He loves it if his kids turn out to be very artistic, might try and teach them all music, wants them to try at least one instrument for a year to see if they like it.
Heâs got this father thing down.
Demoman
Heâs got a lot of issues to work out before he can become a father.
I do feel like being a dad would really put his life in order though, he would definitely drink a lot less. He doesnât want his kids to be an all messed up from having a drunk dad.
Wants his kids to feel connected to their Scottish roots, frequent visits to keep them immersed in the culture.
They spend a lot of time with grandma, she absolutely adore them to the moon and back, Tavish has to fight her at the end of the night to get them back. They often whine because they want to stay with grandma.
Demoman likewise keeps the other mercs in his childrenâs lives, he genuinely believes them to be good role models. Well most of them anyways.
Is the super playful dad, think Bandit Heeler from Bluey. Will go to insane lengths to make sure his kids are having fun, even at the risk of embarrassing himself.
Urges his kids to be involved in some kind of sport or extracurricular, he wants them to have structure.
Canât cook for shit, so he takes them to diners and restaurants frequently. They love it though so thereâs no harm, itâs good quality time.
His kids are rambunctious but so is he, so heâs got this.

Scout is a very proud individual, as we all know. So he doesnât like to seem like he was actually hurt by something.
Will be wheeled into the office covered in bruises, cuts with multiple broken ribs and bullet wounds like âis that bleedinâ? Didnât even feel it,â heâs visibly wincing though.
Itâs actually pretty dangerous, as he tends to downplay his pain and symptoms to an insane degree.
One time you were checking his bone for fractures âokay, can you wiggle your fingers?â You asked, tapping your pen against your clipboard.
He did so, suppressing a groan, âsee? Sâfine. Like I said.â

The first time he admits something actually hurts is a huge milestone for not just him but the two of you. It means he trusts you not to judge him, not many people are in that category.
âOkay, does that hurt?â You ask, one hand on your hip the other pressing down on his forearm.

Will whine to you about his aching head through shivers, and how youâd just be an absolute angel if your brought him some soup.
Asks you to check his fever a lot, itâs definitely not because he likes when you touch his forehead. Gets pissed off when you have a thermometer, will lament that it doesnât work, he thinks heâs slick.
Donât tell any of the other mercs about his behavior, it will definitely put him off and he may give you the cold shoulder for a little while if you do so.
Big baby with needles, âneedsâ you to hold his hand. Itâs totally not an act, he really, medically, needs to hold your hand.
Will call you âdocâ even if youâre a nurse, he likes the nickname.

Scout is super restless as we know, so you have to get okay with the idea of changing postions a lot.
Loves to cuddle though, clings onto you like a life line. Likes to lay directly on top of you, kind of curled around your body.
Kiss him a lot during cuddling, he blushes and melts every time.
If he senses you getting annoyed/upset with the amount he moves he will hold his breath to try and stay as still as possible. Doesnât usually last long though.
Chatty, like normal, you guys cuddle while ranting about your days.
Secretly prefers being the small spoon.
Sniper
Sniper likewise, clings to you like his life depends on it. Every time you readjust he asks if youâre getting up, even if he was just dead asleep.
Light sleeper, anything and everything wakes him up. Too loud? Heâs awake. Too quiet? Heâs awake then too.
Sort of likes his personal space, so cuddling is rare which honestly makes it even more rewarding.
Sleepy kisses on your temple/shoulders, he likes to run his fingers up and down your arm.
Medic
Medic is very into cuddling, it is necessary for you to be within arms reach for him to sleep.
Will complain and whine if youâre not around for him when he wants to go to sleep.
Medic prefers to cuddle with the two of you facing each other, arms wrapped around the others back. Hand running up and down your spine and neck.
If youâre ticklish he is hyper aware of that, and will absolutely use it against you.
Generally very playful while cuddling, likes kissing your neck just as you finally starting dozing off. Heâs annoying I love him.

Heâs also pretty restless too, to be honest, unless heâs drunk, then heâs out like a light.

This has to be a classic case of opposites attract because these two are very different in my eyes!
Sniper probably finds it attractive how unhinged he is in a weird roundabout way, like that pure unadulterated insanity has got to be the least bit alluring for a professional like himself.
Medic on the other hand finds it funny how stuffy and serious Sniper is.
Medic is a curious fellow, so he would probably take an interest in loner types.
Medic enjoys driving out the more insane side of Sniper, cheering him on during a kill streak, running to heal him if he gets hit.
Sniper keeps people off Medic from a distance, pretends like he has no idea what Medic is talking about if anyone brings it up.
Watching them try to get together is like a game of cat and mouse, Medic is constantly teasing him. Itâs insufferable for almost everyone involved.
Medic adores how nervous Sniper gets when he flirts with him, enjoys playing with him.
Sniper isnât dumb he knows Medic is interested, but it probably takes a long time before heâs brave enough to actually start going out with him.
Mediscout
This is a relationship fueled by hate letâs be honest.

They love to torture each other and make fun of each other, Medic is always teasing Scout on the battlefield. If Scout has really pissed him off he wonât heal him during battle.

They do have their genuine moments, usually when no one else is around.

He is generally distrusting of people normally, so you being a night stalking blood drinking beasty doesnât do much to quell his anxieties.

Early into relationships he almost pretends that he isnât dating you, doesnât make many alterations to your relationship besides occasionally holding your hand and kissing you.
Heâs absurdly awkward, but he hides it by being quiet, canât say the wrong thing if you donât say anything at all amirite.
âHey Snipes do you want to go out for dinner tonight?â
He looked at you for a moment before answering âyup.â
Youâre gonna have to be okay with planning all the dates and carrying all the conversations for a little while.
Incredibly insecure during intimate moments, not just during sex, but like just private moments between the two of you.
Always afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing, this manifests mostly as inaction, but may make some jokes at his expense about it too. Mostly under his breath comments, things said in a laugh, he would die before he was honest about how he felt.
You may allow him to make the jokes as a sort of way to alleviate his stress, or alternatively you could express that you donât like hearing him say that kind of stuff about himself, in which case he will stop immediately.

Heâs pretty clingy right off the bat, again hides this in his own way but itâs glaringly obvious. Youâre the only person heâs been able to tolerate this long heâs pretty eager to keep you around.
