Your girl just got a GOOD raise. I work for a relatively small company that does little baby 2%-3% raises & some years no raises at all. I just got 17% !

That means I went from lowkey struggling during the part of the month that I pay my mortgage, to being comfortable.

#sure I’ll be doing a slightly more demanding role by the end of the year #but not THAT big of a jump #advocated for myself & said I wouldn’t do it without a pretty good raise #hell yeah
