Affinity Design Kind of got the hang of both apps just feel like I have drawing block. And, also looking at other people’s art make me evny on how awesome it looks

A short video on blending colors in the app Procreate (on iPad Pro). Do you think I should make a longer YouTube video about this subject? 🔸️Some tips: ➡️ You can blend colors using the blending tool in Procreate, it’s the little finger icon ➡️ Colors need to be on the same layer to be able to blend time in this way ➡️ All these brushes are Procreate standard brushes; the soft airbrush, charcoal block, Gesinski ink and dry brush ➡️ Be sure to experiment with other brushes yourself ➡️ How is it that I don’t blend outside the lines? Step by step painting hands in Procreate on iPad Pro 🔸️ I used the charcoal brushes to make a rough sketch, it’s important to get this base right, so you don’t have to fix mistakes later on 🔸️ I used a simple round brush to block in the base colors on a layer below the sketch layer 🔸️ Next I cleaned up the edges and merged the layers, painting on top and blending, to make the skin more smooth 🔸️ Finally I started adding details, like the nails and little wrinkles. Don’t start detailing until you are satisfied with the base (check the lighting and base colors, look at your work from a distance or zoom out) ➖➖➖➖➖ I’m working on making a brush set, it’ll be available later this year. Animal Crossing New Leaf update out now ⊟
