Canada Took Part in the Biggest Wildlife Trafficking Crackdown Ever

Did you know Canada helped in the largest wildlife and forestry trafficking operation in history?

Operation Thunder 2024 spanned 138 countries, leading to 365 arrests and the seizure of 20,000+ live animals. Canada’s share? 800 seized items, including seahorse supplements, sturgeon caviar, reptile-skin clothing, and Venus flytraps.
