Ok yeah, I get it now: Off Campus.
It's giving just a liiittle bit of that Heated Rivalry Hockey Hotness (like in a different way, obviously where are the queers, but it's there) with a touch of nostalgia (e. g. One Tree Hill) - but they are in college, not in High School. Love me some fake dating (it's so dumb, but also so good). :)
The Chemistry is chemistrying all over the place. Hot damn and holy moly.
Also don't we just love (male) characters who like to keep it casual with relationships (initially), but then they meet The One and it's Over^tm for them (this counts for Garrett AND Dean, really). Mhmmmm...
Or the way @ghostiewriter put it: "god the reformed manwhore trope just hits EVERY SINGLE TIME" (this is in regards to Dean)
Aaand, most importantly, we love supportive girl besties (that Hannah and Allie talk in 1x08 - iykyk - made me sob :')) :)
