Rant #4: Cake faces and such
I have no words for the people who do this, the people who criticise them, and the people who like them.
Actually, I do. I have a whole rant ahead for me to write.
I'm young, too young for caking if I must say. I wear makeup-- for special events (simple eyeliner and lipgloss), eyeliner selca, etc.
But something I don't do is chock my face up with five layers of powder, deep and dark eyeshadow or such, blush, and red lipstick.
My message to cakers: I understand, girl. You are insecure and the only way to fix that is by dumping your face into some beauty products. I'm not gonna tell you that you are an idiot, but I will tell you that you look like one. Society doesn't find you pretty anymore, hun. You look like the Joker.
If you take off that makeup, I'm sure you'd look heaps more beautiful! You'd look pure and naturally pretty. If you must put makeup on, make it simple. Please.
If you're ugly as fuck, you do realise that is your own opinion, right? But you can tell when someone is disgusted by your face, and once you get that reaction, you know that makeup can be a need. Don't overdo it.
What's sad is that majority of you don't even realise how caked you are. Hopefully one day, someone like me will come up to you and tell you that you look retarded. <3
But I have sympathy for you. Do you realise that you're beautiful? I wish you knew that you're amazing. Only blind people don't see past the makeup. And then if they see too much, they criticise you. Find people who aren't blind, ignore the bitches and be around those who like you for you, because your face's beauty won't matter too much. Be confident, because you deserve to be.
My message to the ones that criticise them: I'd normally tell off you people for being haters, but in this case, I feel like I should support your side. We need people like you to get into those cakers' heads. But I wish you'd be a little less harsh (not like I'm doing any better ahemahemcough). Caking is not a good thing. It gives a girl a reputation and can make her life hell. Especially when a picture of her surfaces on Facebook. Please. Fix them.
My message to those who like them: Are you crazy lol. There is nothing pretty about a cakeface. It looks like my birthday party gone wrong. Instead of encouraging fake beauty like that, I wish you'd tell them that they're doing it wrong and that they should show their natural prettiness.
Okay, so it's not wrong to put on makeup, not at all. Makeup has become a daily part of life. What shouldn't happen is over-exaggeration. Wait 'til you're older and a little more mature before you put on more and more amounts of makeup. Little kids are afraid of clowns.
Hahahahaha... oh it's your cakeface.
Sorry if this offended, but hey it's a rant. More? ;) ------> ranting-represent
