“What does ACAB mean? ACAB stands for All Cops Are Bastards. This does not negate that individual cops are capable of good, rather it highlights that system is corrupt and beyond reform. There are no "good" cops as they stand beside the unjust actions of the institution and continue to harm black people. Your positive experiences with cops, who may be relatives or friends, does not negate the fact that the institution is violent and unjust. It is built on systemic racism and must be remade for the safety of our communities.”

I have been jonesing to draw one of the truly lighthearted moments from Wayward Son. It’s so easy in the midst of the angst to forget that Simon, Baz, and Penny have some of their most free and joyful moments together in Wayward Son. Drawing this literally made me happy.
