[Theo admitted with a cocky grin as he moved his hand through his hair and shurgged not minding his honesty. He was sure she felt the same and he was tired of them acting like the elephant in the room wasn’t there. With the end of the world and mutations being their current situation he saw no harm him admitting what he was thinking. After all he was raised to be a blunt man.] That’s right everyone is struggling, I mean I won’t know since my body hasn’t reacted but everyone with em’ seems to be struggling. They are giving the doctors shit and all that, so it’s okay to not have it all together. You aren’t ruining anything, the weather is just more interesting now a’days.

[Raven smiled and looked away, a sudden interest in her hands and no attention to Theo as she smirked.] There are several characters who can control the weather in comic books, film, and television. I am fortunate to not be bothered by the cold anymore, but the snow is a little too messy for my liking now. [Hearing him admit that he missed her too... felt good. How Raven had ever insisted she felt nothing for this man was beyond her now. But things had happened, things she had to take care of first, and she felt terribly guilty for not stepping up earlier. She had wondered, like everyone else, what would come of these mutations, and she only realised that now Theo hadn't come up with one. She might have been jealous if she hadn't begun to adore thunderstorms and sunshine. Lost in her thoughts, Theo brought her back, with effortless charm and care. It was okay for her to not have it all together. God, she really did miss him. Stepping forward, Rave wrapped her arms around his waist, pulling herself into a tight, warm hug.] I missed you too.

There was a woman earlier who was complaining about how cold it was. One or two, actually. You'd think after nearly a month of this I would have a hang of it by now.

[As the room warmed up a smile grew on his face as he relaxed more. He wasn’t as weirded out as he thought he would be with all the mutations. Raven was doing better than she was letting herself believe but that wasn’t out of character for the woman. Theo wondered why he himself wasn’t filled with power but deiced he must not be right for it. Pulling himself out of his thoughts he looked back at Raven.] Where ‘ya been, Rave?

I asked Beau for some time off. [She had missed him. Missed all her boys, of course. Missed the way the station smelled after a night shift, missed Bear following at her heels, but most of all, she missed him.] I know everyone else is struggling, with their... mutations, but until I can manage one whole day without ruining the-- what do you call it, eco-system?-- then I should probably concentrate on getting better.
