Life update time:

I got an apartment!! I moved in to a two bedroom with a roommate and finally have a consistent place to live and call my own! Its a little hard to make rent, but that's just kinda the way things are.

Most my money is, sadly, spent on ubers and lifts. The town I live in is VERY spread out, so to make it to work outside of an extremely far walk or slightly faster bike, I have to use those to make it on time. I also get off work at 1-2am, and biking/walking home as a trans woman is not the safest thing in this town. There are a lot of other minor problems, like my roommate getting upset at me asking for rides (even though work is a short drive) and not having much freedom without a car.

So I'm putting up my ko-fi again!! Every bit donated will go towards me getting a car and only me getting a car, and I may also update it with my own money if I manage to save any after rent and costs of living. I'm setting the goal for ~$1000, which certainly won't get me anything nice but hopefully it'll get me some shitbox I can at least drive around. Any help at all is so greatly appreciated <3

what companies who sell you anti aging stuff don't want you to know is that if you're chill about aging, your perception of attractiveness changes as you get older. there is no "wall" where you suddenly become ugly and unfuckable because in my experience what actually happens is you get into your thirties and suddenly realize that people in their thirties are hot as fuck and the "flaws" that the beauty industry wants you to panic about are a feature not a bug, and based on the std statistics in nursing homes I don't really expect that trajectory to change.
