So here’s the thing
I have been on tumblr for quite a while now (quite a long while actually) and the thing I love most about this website, is how there are all of these communities where people can connect with each other and feel like they belong.
I am/have been part of several communities/fandoms (Glee, the holy trinity, LGBTQA, etcetera) and even though there sometimes are some internal discussions (or major shipping wars), we still support each other in the end. It’s as if we’re part of one big family.
So this is basically my love letter to tumblr and all of you wonderful people on here. The next part of this post will be a tad more personal and I will ask you guys for some help. (I’ll put it under read more because this post might become quite long)

So here’s the thing
I have been on tumblr for quite a while now (quite a long while actually) and the thing I love most about this website, is how there are all of these communities where people can connect with each other and feel like they belong.
I am/have been part of several communities/fandoms (Glee, the holy trinity, LGBTQA, etcetera) and even though there sometimes are some internal discussions (or major shipping wars), we still support each other in the end. It’s as if we’re part of one big family.
I, unlike many of you, am not a gifted writer/artist/GIF-maker/whatever, so most of you on this site don’t even know who I am since pretty much all I do is reblog.
However, there IS one thing I’m really good at:
Teaching!
I am now in my last year of teacher training and my entire second semester is dedicated to practical training (internship) and I have the wonderful opportunity to do this abroad.
First I get to do my ‘alternative internship’ at Ranua Wildlife Park, a zoo in Finish Lapland. I will stay there for a month, while I help them create an educational programme which will help children learn a bit more about the animals. Once that is over, I will do the last part of my internship in a school (ådalens skole) in Frederikssund, Denmark.
Now this is the part where I ask you for your help. I have seen the tumblr-community come together and achieve great things multiple times before, and I am hoping you might want to help me as well, so I can go and help shape the mind of pupils all over the world. There even are several ways for you to help me.
First of all you can just reblog this post and spread the word. The more people are reached, the more people might be willing to help me.
Another way for you to help me is to help me find a place to stay. I am looking for host families who live in Ranua and Frederikssund, so if you, or someone you know lives there, you can always help me look for a nice host.
Finally, an international internship is an expensive endeavour. If any of you would be able to spare even the smallest amount of money, and want to help me fund this thing, I would be eternally gratefull. In the theater, for the midnight premiere of this movie, the dance scene started and everything was silent… and then from the back row there was a scandalized scream of horror:

SOBBING AT ALL THIS. This just makes me sad that Twitter wasn’t around when the Spice Girls were together. Oh my god, can you imagine how many funs tweets would have gone out back then between Mel C, Geri, Emma and Mel B and Victoria would only tweet serious things.
and all the potterheads would just be like forty or fifty years old sitting in the movie theater with their kids and grandkids if you’re that old and we’ll all just be crying at the screen and we’ll all get wierd looks from our kids because there are like a thousand old people crying because professor snape said turn to page 394.
With Quinn not being featured much, I just hope they don’t tell us she’s found a boyfriend, that way I can fully convince myself that she meets and falls in love with Rory Gilmore.
Additionally, Paris meets Rachel and they realize they have a common interest and then devise a complex scheme to get Quinn away from Rory. Charts, power points, and index cards abound.
This story will write itself. Someone just needs to open a doc and channel the neurotic Geller/Berry energy.
