25 feels a lot like 15.
Awkward. Incapable. Frustrating as hell. Yet, somehow hopeful.
I know nothing really changes with the flip of a calendar, but I am hoping 2017 is kinder to my psyche.

IT’S JULY AND IT’S HALLOWEEN
If it wasn’t clear already, I have a thing for people in character suits. That includes, but it is not limited to: mascots, Disney characters, people selling...anything.
I had a dream last night...
I was working in a school who mixed 5th graders with preschool kids for half of the day. I was pretty angry that these 11-year-old kids were being forced to “learn” colors and shapes for two hours so I was talking to a few of the teachers to figure it out.
Me: Can’t the 5th graders and preschool kids just switch places? Preschool kids don’t need to learn about Manifest Destiny.
Teacher: Hon, you can’t itemize your own donations.

SWEET VALLEY HIGH.
A YA series that began in the 80s (can you tell?) and that I somehow still had the opportunity to experience. There was also a board game. I had the best daycare ever.
I need to find someone who will play this with me.
WHEN THE PROFESSOR ASKS WHO WANTS A BREAK
Take a moment to listen to someone who genuinely has the nation's best interest in mind.
Ah, yup.
I am ready for this movie if anything for the alternate ending from the book. I regret telling Will the story already...
Okay. I’ll admit it. I’m a basic bitch.
So what if I like the feel of hot, pumpkin spice coffee wrapped around my hands. Yeah, you like my nail polish? It’s Essie in “Take it Outside.” That’s taupe with pink undertones, motherfucker. I got bottles of em in 30 shades of gray, cranberry, wine,...

i scrolled down for an explanation and there was none
I read Never Let Me Go at the beginning of summer without realizing it was already a movie. Starring Andrew Garfield and Keira Knightley and another person that looks very familiar....
I'll have to watch it.
