reblog this with the most valuable thing you learned in 2017 (can be anything!) ✧
mine has to be: you are never finished learning! there is always more to discover within yourself and the world
Things can change in seconds, and time will slip by so fast, so you shouldn’t put off enjoying your life in the moment or it’ll all be lost ^^
Not everybody is who they pretend to be, but stay strong and get rid of these toxic people and stay close to those you love ♡
just because you’re not happy all the time doesn’t mean that you’re failing. it’s important to remember that you can learn from the sad times and that those off days - which everyone has - can make you stronger. 💞
I’m goin back to 2010 y’all want anything

What’s a memory that makes you happy?
Towards the end of this past summer, I started feeling really sad. I was really stressed and worried about going back to school soon. But one day, my best friend came over. I hadn’t seen her for about a month. She’d been feeling sad, too. And for about an hour after she got to my house, we just kind of sat in my room and were sad together. And then she said, “Hey, the sunset looks really pretty tonight.” I looked out my window. The sky was all pastel pinks and blues and yellows, and each of the colors was so potent and powerful. I said, “Do you want to go take pictures of it?” There’s this big field across the street from my house, so we ran out there and did just that; we aimed our phones at the sky and started taking photos from all different angles. We took some candids of each other, too, which turned out great because we were both so happy, which just hadn’t been true for so long. We ended up just laying in the grass, talking and laughing and loving being alive together in that moment. It felt really good.

I love every aspect of this.
NO you guys don’t understand, the entire book is like this. They tried to cram in all sorts of representation of different races and the art is gorgeous and it’s GREAT! The picture for a spellcaster is a female human who is wearing BAGGY, NON-SEXUALIZED CLOTHING AND NO MAKEUP because she’s in a dungeon, she doesn’t have time to do her hair cmon.
Also this:

i love how everyone has their own individual style of keyboard smashing,, like for some ppl its a coarse sound like “kdajdfkljak” and for others its more of a breathy and exasperated “psmhfhdhffm” and for others its mostly vowels like “owueiroroeu”
anyways im rly curious, so reblog and tag what kind of keyboard smash u do !
mine’s like a “asdnfdfdkfmfmfg”
like an exasperated + confused noise that’s mostly soft consonants. and it almost always starts with A?
