i can understand how that might happen. babies don't have well-tuned motor skills.
Babies stare at dancing colors and cuddle under mama! Me, no! I climb trees and I make my house very clean. I have the coolest rocks ever in my house. One is perfectly flat and smooth and not chipped at all. And I live all on my own because I am independent and adult.
that's like a five year old's interpretation of what adults do
When I wake up in the morning I go for a swim and if I am lucky there are fish in the waters or maybe even a heron. Once I caught a frog. If I catch something I cook it. If I get nothing I carry on with my day. I climb trees and study everything I can study. I write on my phone and learn a lot every day! Sometimes I have to find bark and mud and put it on my house so that it has no holes. It is very old and has a toolbox I don’t use and an orange bowl I use to store water in case I do not want to go to the river. Usually I go to the river anyways to fill it up again. When I cannot find fish I find berries and herbs. Sometimes mushrooms! Some days are very sad and I have to peel bark to find ants to eat. There are lots of buildings with foods in towns, but I am not near any towns. I hope I catch a deer one day.
That is to say I am grown up!!!

Thank you for asking! That is a window. I do not have a screen on it anymore. You can see the screen below it. A big weather storm pushed it down. I do not have sticky enough mud to put it back yet.
Outside, there is a big glow. This can seem very scary to some people. Sometimes you may think it is alive, because it moves. This is called the Sun! It glows very bright and slowly moves in the sky. Apparently it is a lot of gas, and not alive!
Ohh!!! I know what the sun is, I just thought that wasn't it in the image...silly me! That's true, the sun is made of fire, I think!
well actually fire needs air to live which isnt in space because there isnt plants on the sun. must be something else, but what?

maybe. its some kind of in-between state. maybe i was just crazy this whole time, but i know deep within me something writhed and turned every exposed muscle grey and crumbly. i think im better. something more flexible and bright remaking those severed pathways, taking me from something so reduced and small to something severe and real. i like being real. i wouldnt mind being real around someone else. i like friends. ive made some lately, and im so confident they wont leave me. its not a familiar feeling. but its so, so comforting. so, um. i wouldnt mind a new friend if you dont. i like doing friend things too. so im glad we have that in common. my name is malin, by the way. um. if tthats relevant.

W-well yeah but like... Never hurting is actually worse than hurting rarely... By a lot... Because even if you only hurt a little in some scenarios you'll at least be able to like... Know to seek medical help..
i dont really want to see doctors. i tried the hospital and it was strange. i left the city. i had t o leave the city. thats so scary, you know? bumping down the road. no one would tell me anything. i dont want to do that again
That's fair.. but l-like... Without pain a lot of flavours are gone... And you'll never know if you've been like.. bit by something... Or you could burn your hand and just keep holding the thing until your hand is really injured...
