Here Comes a New Challenger! by Chinese Football
Iâll tell you flat out that I adore Chinese Football. These guys have incredible talent and the language barrier doesnât keep me from enjoying their work. This EP sticks with that classic mathrock sound that you can just jam and jam to. Chinese football deserves lots of love and exposure for their dedication and their sweet sweet tunes.

besides by Options
Options is one of those bands that has a certain charm to it. One that you learn to love and sets in after a few listens. Their interesting take on mathrock and midwest emo is creative, inspired, and raw without apology. This six track EP is pretty short, but their other content should keep you fueled if you want more.Â

Science Fiction by Brand New
Brand New has been one of my favorite bands for a long time now. Their consistently evolving style has finally culminated into the record known as Science Fiction. With references to every past album and an excellent list of tracks. This record is sure to please old and new fans alike. I must say that I was skeptical after my first play -through of the whole album, but after listening a few more times, I have fallen in love with it. Get ready for one last ride with Jesse and the gang.

We Still Love You by Worst Party Ever
Something about low-fi always seems to drive me away, thankfully this EP is a good exception to that rule. The music quality really isnt bad at all and the music itself tends to be pretty good with these guys. Iâm a fan of their up-beat emo style and I love the EP.
Favorite Track: Kicking (myself in the face)

Best Buds by Mom Jeans
Best Buds is a very interesting album by Mom Jeans. The group keeps pretty fresh in most of the songs and finds a way to stay fun despite some of the sad undertones the songs hold. At times the lyrics can be a little blunt or even a little cheesy, but they remain relateable through such means. The band even has an audio clip from Bobâs Burgers as a lighthearted reference to their band name and to show their personality a little. Mom Jeans deserves a listen if you have the time.
I find it somehow necessary to include that this album costs $4.20 and you can decide whether thatâs good or bad.

Bathroom Demo by Open Wide
To tell the truth, I wasnât expecting much from this based on itâs hashtag âbassoonâ, but boy was I mistaken to be.
Open wide is two guys with talent. The guitar and bassoon meld together beautifully with the vocals to make a listenin experience that you really donât wanna miss out on. Each track is pretty special, but Hemlock has such a magnetic charm to it. I am unable to stop listening to it quite frankly.

Manners by The Obsessives is a very unique and very fun emo EP that delivers with every song. The chords in each song sounds full and the percussion adds a feel to the EP that manages to keep each song moving along quite well. The lyrics easily display the writers emotions and are accessible.
The group happens to only be two guys. One of them plays the guitars and bass, as well as sings the lyrics, and the other plays the drums. For such a small group, the two play surprisingly well together live. Definitely worth a listen

Awkward Pop Songs by JANK
Firstly, there is no in-between with how much people like JANK. In my experience, people either loved them or hated them, but in all honesty, this album is a work of genius. Every single note feels good and feels right. The songs that donât take themselves seriously blend perfectly into the ones that do. Lyrics that seem nonsensical at times occasionally take on a whole new meaning. JANK is basically Bandcampâs Messiah of Punk Music.
Favorite Song: Split to Bill

Wicked Bummer by Crushes has to be on of my all time favorites on Bandcamp. The songs in this EP paint a picture of heartbreak that is both relateable and enjoyable to listen to. Even though I know every word to the EP, I must say that âLittle King Trash Mouthâ is where the band shines in this EP. The chords, the words, and the pacing all feel so right in a way that will keep you listening for awhile
Favorite Track: Little King Trash Mouth

You Have Made It by Foster Carrots is a pretty EP that tends to be quite low-fi at times, but fittingly so. In a certain way its almost as if the singer has an amp plugged in right in front of you and is playing each song for you herself.
Every track has emotions that hang on each phrase and that stick inside your head for awhile. Each track displays her struggles with growing up as a lesbian in a Catholic community and how she dealt with certain emotions in college. Itâs a very relateable record and deserves a listen.
Favorite Track: narcissism

First of all this album tends to be pretty slow, where a lot of artists only play slower songs as a sort of obligatory action, These Bashful Claws absolutely excels at creating slower music. It will definitely make you feel some feels if you listen all the way through
Favorite Track: October

Newest album by Gleemer put out just last December. I had not heard any Gleemer before this album, so I have to say that their music wowed me. At times when the guitar is intense the vocalist manages to keep his voice from sounding too intense, itself. This adds a very interesting feel to the record that I enjoy. Favorite Track: Gauze

This is a little gem on Bandcamp and a great EP by I Love Your Lifestyle. They've been on Bandcamp for a few years now and are pretty consistent with making tracks, but this EP is one of my favorites. It does a good job of highlighting the band's direction. Favorite Track: Christopher Robin
