and she brought some food home. I had already took out some salmon to eat with a sweet potato for dinner..... but I was like “o screw it” I’ll just eat that tomorrow. I had 3 ribs (1 big, 2 small) and 4 Golden double stuffed Oreos.
I dug in like no one’s business lol. It was really good but I was like ahhh damn. I wasn’t going to eat it but I love ribs and I talked earlier about how I had no junk in the past 2 weeks. Whatever lol, that was my dinner. I had it about 2 hours ago and I was like, it’s late anyway, so I’m not eating anything else. Well, tomorrow is weigh in day. We’ll see how I did.
Junk Food always taste better when you haven’t had it in a while
I haven’t really had any junk food for the past 2 weeks and I can honestly say that I’m not even craving it. I got the urge for some chocolate a few minutes ago but of course I can do without. The only “junk” I had, were these fudge bars by the brand “Healthy Choice”, and I was eating A LOT of them lol. But that’s it, and they didn’t taste like chocolate water, not did it taste like frozen yogurt. It tasted just like chocolate ice cream. I really love ice cream so it’s nice that I can have some that’s good and healthy without feeling bad.
I heard about two other brands called:
“Halo Top” which is 240 - 280 calories for the WHOLE PINT, Gluten Free, Lots of Protein, Low Sugar, Low Carb, Low Fat. (THESE HAVE GOTTEN BETTER REVIEWS)
and another called
“Arctic Zero” which is Fat Free, GMO Free, Lactose Free and Gluten Free.
The other day I wrote a post about my issues with squat challenges which you can check out here. Now it’s really easy to point out flaws with something. But it’s another thing all together to do something about it. So I thought I would go ahead and create my suggestion for a 31 day program targeted at giving you an amazing butt. Now you will notice that this program isn’t every day like some programs. This is important to allow your body to recover and get stronger. Feel free to insert your own regular cardio or upper body workouts into the off spaces. If you want to try the program go ahead and download and print the images if you like for your wall. If you have any questions about the program my ask box is always open.
So, I did this this morning and I really liked it. I did everything except for the lunges, my knees cannot handle those. So, I did floor hip raises (bridges) with 10 pounds resting on my stomach. This is something I could do all the time and just add more reps...
Cut down the calories by making your own sauce.... -Grate some tomatoes (or use a food processor... not a blender, you don't want tomato juice lol) -Add some garnishes / seasonings -Add sea salt for extra flavor if needed. And that's it. It tastes so fresh and Idk how many calories it is but, can't be too many of all you used are tomatoes, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sea salt and some other things like those.
I did a bunch of squats yesterday and decided to go outside walking and that was for about 2.7 miles..... and, Oh, My, Goodness. I woke up this morning and my quads and inner thighs were in pain. Definitely didn’t do anything today. OH! and under my arm, in that space between my back and my underarm hurt so much from trying to do pushups lol. I’m just going to chill for the rest of the day. Idk what I’m doing tomorrow.
I’m not doing any of that but it just hit me.... If you’ve been prescribed those pills, TAKE THEM. Yes you’ll be building your muscles, strength and endurance but remember that your bones (especially your knees) are soooo essential to your workouts. I keep feeling a little pain in my knee and I’m so worried about hurting myself but then I don’t even take them.
Going to start working out again tomorrow morning....
I’m already dreading it lol... It’s been a while so I’m already feeling the: not wanting to get up, struggling to put on tight sports bra, feeling like I can’t finish a workout.. uuuugh.
It’s something that I’ve been wanting to try for the longest. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE pasta so the fact that I found a replacement, is just, heavenly lol. It’s not even all the way cooked yet but I taste tested it and so far, WOW. All I added was olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. You couldn’t even imagine how good it tastes….It’s great because it’s so inexpensive. AND! It’s only 31 calories per CUP!.
OK, FORGET THAT VIDEO lol. I didn’t actually read the instructions, all I did was cut it, gut it, add my stuff and roasted it on 375 and constantly checked on it. All of that other stuff that they’re doing in the video is not necessary.
