Okay but I don't think "that's not a photograph" is enough for this. That's a reduction linocut and I'm just going to assume a whole lot of the people here won't know what that means or google it. It means that the artist has had a linoleum block and has made this image by carving pieces out of it bit by bit, printing layers upon layers at different stages of carving to get the layered colours on the final print. Hypereaslistic paintings and pencil drawings and such are impressive, but I beg you all to look up how linocuts are done to get an idea of how this has been done.

Meeting up with my friends the last couple years to entertain y'all and help raise so much for children's hospitals has helped me appreciate how caring our community can be!

I’m sure this is partially because I’m trans but I will never understand the absolutely hysterical and irrational fear cis man have about paternity fraud and raising a kid that is not their own biologically. It is one thing to be hurt by your spouse’s betrayal and feel exploited if you know your spouse actively lied to you and used you for financial support and another thing entirely to arbitrarily decide a child is not biologically related to you despite no DNA confirmation and no history of infidelity and begin taking it out on everyone. Especially if the kid is already 10+ years old, even if your ‘hunch’ is correct and they are not your bio kid, you’ve been raising them for 10 years so you are their dad. And there are so many stories of people being like “My dad treated me like shit specifically while I was growing up and he eventually admitted it was because he thought I wasn’t his kid. I took a DNA test, I am his kid.” I don’t think someone who is willing to take their insecurities out on children deserves to be a parent in any capacity.

Yes I’m including the life series cast in this AU! BigB works at SDN in records and communication. He does have powers, but no one knows what they are because he changes his answer every time someone asks.

I think he’s very similar to his life series persona where his main goal is to confuse people and be cryptic. He knows everything that goes on at SDN yet never tells anything.

Also I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing response to Part 1! My askbox has been absolutely FLOODED with questions about the AU, I’ve been doing my best to get to as many of them as I can, but I’ve loved reading people’s theories and ideas!

Hermitcraft Dispatch AU Pt. 1

Ok so I just finished playing Dispatch and I freaking LOVED it! Sooooo I thought it would be fun to combine my two current hyperfixations and make a Hermitcraft Dispatch AU!

Quick overview for those who have never played Dispatch:

In this AU Impulse works as a superhero dispatcher, someone who analyzes a team’s strengths and weaknesses and answers distress calls by the sending the hero most suited to the job. However, he’s been assigned to the Hermit Program, a team of former villains trying to become heroes. To say the least, it’s like trying to herd cats and the office and comm lines are always in chaos when the Hermits show up to work.
