I'm so proud of how this turned out. This is my version of Princess Koriand'r (aka StarFire). I've had an alternative fashion drawing of Raven I've really loved for a few years and felt that our girl needed a version to match her friend. While looking at some reference photos of her I came across some older outfits from a photo shoot she did in one of the comics and used that as inspiration for the outfit. I've also been listening to the Crescent City books so there might be a little inspiration from Brice in here. lol

I know its a weird time to draw some #stevenunivers fan art given that no new content has come out in a while but I was pondering which gem I would be. Rainbow Quarts seemed to fit me and I came up with a fun design that calls back to the 80s vibe of Rose and Peral’s fusion.

In keeping with the relaunch theme of ribbons and colorful magical girls. I thought I’d do a bit of a through back and try drawing Rainbow Brite in my style. I remember liking the show when I was little but don’t remember much about it. I do remember her little fuzzy buddy and his adorable star fannypack. Cool af.

Magical Princess Minky Momo “Don’t stop me now, Truck-kun!”

A  bit of a trip in the way way back machine to 80s magical girls. I wasn’t introduced to her until I was much older. I also forgot that she was hit by a truck until a friend reminded me that she was Truck-kun’s first victim. Paving the way for Sakura in ZombieLand Saga to get absolutely wrecked.

character design of Angela- so I did some digging… and digging… and found a lot of LORE! I really enjoyed “Angela: Queen of Hel” and look forward to reading more of her comics!
