That awkward moment when you break the shower wall….
I will absolutely reblog for the gif every time
This has been in my drafts that long that I don't even remember the original post but I think the reaction gif does a good job of explaining it

This was seriously the best prank
One my favorite pranks
Steve and Dustin running into each other while trying to sneak into Jonathan and El's rooms and Steve starts to lecture Dustin on how to properly sneak in without getting caught when Mike sticks his head out of Will's bedroom window to tell the to shut up because he's trying to sleep
I HOPE BOTH SIDES OF YOUR PILLOW ARE COLD BECAUSE THIS IS CANON
Part of the reason that the ending of Ella Enchanted works so well is that the final command she resists is the voice of temptation. A voice tells her to do something she wants to do more than anything in the world, but that she knows the long run would cause immense harm. Her fight against this is difficult and heroic because she has to fight her own inclinations.
Ella's endured a million commands that force her to do something she doesn't want to do. We see the injustice in that. We don't want her to have to blindly obey. But if the curse was broken by resisting one of those commands, it wouldn't feel nearly as powerful. It would merely be an escalation of what she's already done. She would rebel against authority and do what she wanted to do, which could be good or bad depending on what it is she wants, but it is ultimately self-serving.
Ella's resisting a command that offers her the greatest desire of her heart is heroic because it is self-sacrificial. She is called to obey a voice that is greater than her own desires. This resolution rings so true because it points to ultimate truth. The curse of obedience is broken when she obeys--not the voice of authority, or the voice of temptation, or the voice of her own desires, but the voice of virtue. She breaks the bonds of obedience by choosing to take on the bonds of love.

Praying that $1500 randomly comes to you when you need it the most this year.
Okay inflation is crazy.
We bumping up the price to $15,000 for 2026.
The bard, craving knowledge, makes his way to the Mage’s Guild of Enclave, where he spends his days in their vast libraries. Though deeply devoted to his studies, he still makes time for the occasional adventure.

Why is this all management literally everywhere
Where's that post about how anticapitalist satire will always get one-upped by like, someone describing their job.
This would have had me crucified on tumblr 10 years ago but maybe we are ready for this conversation now:
If you are a socially anxious person, you have to socialize. Your panic/anxiety attacks will only get worse and trigger more frequently if you constantly avoid contact with The Public. Not saying that you need to be a social butterfly- but there is a genuine problem with not being able to order your own meal at a restaurant. And it cannot be solved by always having someone else do it for you.
This is a PSA to about 3/4s of the Portland Youth populace
if i had a nickel for every leverage text post meme i had saved in my drafts that was incredibly specific to "the two-horse job", i would have two nickels...
A thing about parenting is that there are a lot of behaviors that you want to encourage your future adult to have that are SO HARD TO HANDLE in children.
He HAS whatever body autonomy I can grant but I really need to marshal some arguments about not letting other children cut his hair while he’s IN class.
OK ok OK ok ONE like we can do whatever we want with our bodies as long as it’s safe but there’s a time and place like for example we only do flips on grass, in houses, or on gym mats. Being naked is also a behavior for specific circumstances like inside a house or swimming in the woods! Hair cutting is like flips or taking off all your clothes!
Two it creates a mess and is really itchy, so we have to plan to do it somewhere where we can clean it up easily and take a bath afterwards and Not! In! Your! Kindergarten! Art! Class!
Three other kids might see how much fun you’re having getting your hair cut and also cut their hair and then be sad about how their hair looks. I know YOU don’t mind (and apparently Malachi is some kind of genius kindergartner barber??) but they might mind how they look, you have to set an example.
Four the teachers get to set the rules for the classroom and if you break those rules then you don’t fill out your sticker chart. I’m pretty sure hair cutting — even consensual hair cutting — breaks a rule. You can check. Ask a hypothetical question. Don’t tell them you’ve been doing this for weeks, they might get upset.
It is. So funny. Especially because it’s like, perfect layering and wispy bangs??
The most profound moment I've seen [yet] in Leverage, where Hardison is performing the violin solo and the team just ✨stops ✨ to listen. The tear rolling down Parker's face broke me into sobs; this was beautiful.
(again too lazy to find a clip so the video is mine 😂)

Reblog this post :) Especially if you’re on mobile, you’ll lose the post if you click the link without thinking. Take a note from your elders before you
Interesting note: It definitely uses whoever you're following now, not at that date. Even the 2020 one includes a lot of people I was absolutely not following yet in Feb 2020, which is actually kind of cool, I can see what they were reblogging from this fandom before I got into it.
Gimme a movie where someone mistakes the cast of Leverage as a real crew of thieves and forces them into an epic high-stakes heist of some kind, through which they discover they've learned so much from their time with the series that it's actually a piece of cake
(Yes, this is just the plot of Galaxy Quest, but a small part of me really wants to believe that Beth Riesgraf and Gina Bellman pulled off the Louvre heist)
