We’ve officially entered the broad beans season!

Black rice, selery, carrots, shallots, ground pork boiled in beef stock. A spicy tomato based meat sauce mixed with coconut cream, Parmesan and mature cheddar. Dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Unfortunately (and fortunately as it turned out), my former glasses were stolen the day before my birthday. Due to the fact that I’ve mixed ophthalmological conditions, I had to go to a recommended ophthalmologist who examined me very professionally and yesterday for the first time in my life I saw the world clearly.

Medicine is a miracle! Every field of medicine is priceless and I feel gratitude. It was worth the wait. The Prada frames pretty much define my abstract traits.

Ground pork meatballs, cream cheese with herbs, dill and parsley. Salt, pepper.

My personal take on An Eastern European classic. A traditional Polish “mielone” dish which is made of breaded ground pork cutlets usually served with potatoes and a side dish of “mizeria” (meaning misery lol; yoghurt, sliced cucumber, dill and salt).

Lean ground pork with celery, carrot, shallots and garlic in a creamy tomato sauce with coconut cream, Parmesan and cheddar. Dill, parsley, salt and pepper.
