"Boba Fett," Vader said in a tone that put ice chips in his veins. A tone that said he knew. He knew Boba Fett's father and knew what Boba was. Knew and found Boba lesser for it. Knew and thought of Boba as a tool that rightfully belonged to the Empire. A tool that had somehow managed to slip from their grasp but no longer.

The Empire had him now.

I work (and walk) on a college campus. I’ve lost count of how many men I’ve smacked shoulders with.

Recently, I was standing outside my son’s classroom waiting to talk to his teacher. I stood on one side of the hallway, not even close to the center. At some point, a man came walking along. I was standing right in his path, but the hallway was empty, so I logically expected him to swerve around me. Instead he kept walking right toward me, got to me, and stopped, as if waiting for me to get out of his way. I didn’t; I just smiled politely at him. He finally walked around me, clearly annoyed that I hadn’t leapt out of his manly path.

Now I’m wishing I’d leapt aside, taken off my jacket and laid it on the floor before him, then bowed deeply and said, “My Liege!”

I also work at a college campus. I smack shoulders sometimes, but I find that if I stare straight ahead and follow the advice below, people get the heck out of the way.

Honestly this post changed how I carry myself when walking alone in public, or in a situation where I’m the one leading. People definitely move for the murder gaze.

Confirmed. I once had to rush back inside a convention hall as the con was closing in order to a retrieve a sick friend’s medication, and I didn’t understand why people in the crowd were jumping out of my way (literally—one guy vaulted a table) until I realized I was dressed as the Winter Soldier and doing the Murder Walk because that’s just how I walk in those boots. I got the meds, got out, and made a mental note.

I repeated the experiment later, wearing the boots but otherwise my usual clothing and mimicking the expression I thought I’d had at that moment. People parted like I was Charlton Heston.

I now wear that style of boots whenever possible. I recently had a man do a double-take as I walked by and ask me, politely, where I had served because I “looked like a soldier.” I’m not current or former military. I was wearing a flowy purple peasant top and looked as un-soldierlike as possible.

Moral of the story: wear comfortable shoes, square your shoulders, and walk like you’ve been sent to murder Captain America.

In case you were wondering, yes you can do this in a wheelchair. Same look in your eyes and let ‘em know you will run them down. Just picture yourself in a sports car accelerating towards someone with the intention of flattening them.

If there’s anything more satisfying than watching Abled men leap out of my way when they realize I’m not moving for them, I can’t think of it atm.

Fic Prompt for possible Mobius variant

I like Mobius and Loki together and all the fics there are for them. Still I was thinking about the possibility about there being a Mobius variant that is Thor or at least that he is worthy and takes up the place of Thor like Jane Foster in the comics did. I really probably only thought of this idea because Owen Wilson is blond but it be interesting. Also imagining how Loki and Mobius would react to this Mobius variant. I also like the idea about Mobius himself finding Mjolnir and being worthy.

Ok, so I got 2 rebel Boba/Luke with similar premises and had to go digging to figure out which was which.

And the 2 google docs are a mix of both because I am a disorganized mess. For uh... the sake of my sanity, yes. That plotline is the Reluctant Rebel Boba/Luke one.

(The rebel boba/luke is Owen basically giving the two his blessing to go be bounty hunter boyfriends. Luke sways Boba into working for the Rebels. Think I'll rename that one BH boyfriends to Rebels)

Seeing ISB Agent Kallus out of Imp regs and working for the Rebel Alliance was a surprise. Kallus seemed equally surprised to discover the independent agent he was now in charge of handling was Boba Fett. Silence stretched between them as they digested the absurdity of reality.

"Draven set you up as my handler? He must either really trust you or decided to lump his problems together," Boba commented, ready to get to business.

"The latter, I assure you," Kallus said dryly, but he seemed amused by it. "I had wondered who exactly was an 'independent contractor' that wasn't a spy and why I was expected to handle them."

Boba knew a leading phrase when he heard it. "As I told Draven, Empire has someone locked up I'm trying to recover. My connections with Imperials aren't that useful. I'm willing to do the Rebel Alliance some favors in return for my own."

Kallus hummed thoughtfully. "Yes, that excuse is a good reason to saddle the two of us together. What's your real objective Fett?"

"I don't trust you or yours enough to answer that. Do you have a job for me or not?"

Kallus is definitely my favorite character of Star Wars at the moment ever since I watched Star Wars: Rebels recently and now I just want both a Luke/Boba and either Kallus full fanfiction or a Kalluzeb fic with Luke/Boba in it as well. This is the first I have ever seen of an interaction of Kallus with Boba Fett and now I just want to read more interactions between them.
