gadget is a fun character for me to write/think about because hes like. not a Character. even in fanon his personality varies wildly on whos drawing/writing him. the only personality trait we have to go off is "is a good guy who looks up to sonic and thinks infinite is evil" which i think is like. something that applies to 80% of the population in that universe. when it comes to projecting, i see a lot of trans dudes who make him transmasc, specially when it comes to infidget or badget. but maybe its cuz i already made infinite trans or just cuz im not that much of a infidget guy but gadget in my brain is like . cis bi/pan guy with a bunch of trans friends. almost a grungler situation. hes def chill about it but hed worry about being weird on accident
