More Barbaran Rebellion-era Mortarion, because I was still itching to draw him and my brain wanted me to do these before giving him the white hair 🫠 (And I realized that rebellion took a long time and I wanted to draw older Calas too before the Astartes version, I swear to god that book has had me in a chokehold for years at this point)

pre imperium ferrus was like, a cave dwelling animal and fulgrim (to me), is from a very industrial victorian era planet where its everything everywhere all at once and you HAVE to remember it all. and it has the effect of "you're saying nonsense words." to anyone not from that culture.

I like to imagine them interacting where fulgrim is casually like "so I was commissioning a new set of hand painted plates for my next cemetery picnic, its of scenes of Painless Parkers Dental Service, you know the one, and it's missing luncheon plates :((" and ferrus is like "what's a plate"

couldn't find a good green armour so I went with black / gold / white

needs a good-looking sword and a fancy shield, some support incants for fun, and he's mostly good

guard-counter and/or stancebreak talismans / two-headed turtle / pearl shield

pretty much just Radahn but More Red and pure INT (switched the bracers to a more jewelry-style one, I think it's from the little plant guardian dudes)

the Eclipse Shotel is the closest thing I could find to his weapon, otherwise, any staff and spell he wants

Magic Scorpion, Graven Mass, Godfrey Icon if using chargeable spells, Beloved Stardust if spamming, the fourth slot can be whatever fits

also some bitchass blob came up to me when I was taking photos and I had to beat it up

Imagine Vulkan running out of there and bump into the door of the room opposite, which happens to be Robu's room. Baby Vulkan might be crying, and good boy Guililman will do his best to calm his little brother down, even though he himself is startled by the crash.

oh my, the chaos that would cause. I can see Konrad throwing all of Lion's toys at Guilliman, and baby G getting very upset at that.

They will have a hard time trying to catch Curze, and Vulkan will end up falling asleep because he got so tired. (He is the youngest, he needs a nap!)

Though no need to worry at all, Robu will lend Vulkan a blue pillow and cover him with a gold blanket as a good host.

I was thinking of Thiel the puppy fetching a torn dragon plush Numeon and giving it to sleeping Vulkan. But Numeon coming to wake him up is so.... so heartwarming and endearing T_T....<3
