No poetic text this time, unfortunately, but... we do have a cute little family of demon-angel hybrids

The father is a former circus performer, the mother is a somewhat grumpy teacher, the little girls are the chaotic mix of their love, and of course, there's Jester, the chaotic uncle who also happens to be the only competent housemaid and the only sane one around (or so he claims, anyway)

I need to remake this carnival family presentation. Or at least a proper introduction of the characters, I only did that in Art Fight huehueheueheu 🥲

Amenike Nik nik. I almost never do colored drawings of him, just sketches. I really like his color palette and style. It's reminiscent of the Whimsigoth aesthetic, I suppose? I listened to Kate Bush while I was drawing, I think he would like to hear her.

I made little Nouka, as a kid. She wears a very loose robe to hide her wings. Although she is half angel, she has also acquired some demonic characteristics such as sharp teeth and claws.

I drew his family, at least the faces. I'm too lazy to color the rest 😩. They've gained another member in the family, it's the little one in the middle.

I'm sketching out his anatomy and body shape; I'm still struggling with his horns. But his face is turning out the way I want it.

Anyways, one more party member before the event starts! Tor Dorefy is a haunted little goblin who has only known darkness and the cold, unforgiving walls of caves older than you and I. And she listens to Radiohead! I considered making Tor a magic user but didn't follow through. Oh well.

Wow, I really like this render. I'm almost done with it, just a few details left to paint and then the background. His color palette is gorgeous. I love the gradients and the watercolor-like feel of the character designs. I should really do more finished pieces like this.

Hmm...I think I've gone crazy.

I remember watching the anime when I was a pre-teen (which is curious how many people watched this thing at that age) And I kind of liked Kanato and the protagonist. They were literally the only ones I drew back then. I kind of regret throwing them away, I could have made a comparison with this one I'm doing now.

The anime is bad, terrible, and the vampires? AAAAAAARRGGGG. Some say the games are good, and others say they're much worse. I don't know, and I think I'll regret it when I see his route, but curiosity is stronger than me.

Anyway, I liked this sketch, I'll continue.
