hi everyone! i’m a 25+ f looking for 21+ writing partners on discord! i write lit/advanced lit/ multiple paragraphs per reply (most of the time, i hit the discord limit). i am looking for oc x oc (and one oc x cc) romance plots that are m x f with me writing as the f. all characters will be 18+. i am very busy these days, so i would prefer to not double, but if this ad really calls to you and you need to double, i will happily do it! just know that my reply times will probably be longer in that case. i want to take the time to write the perfect replies :) if we double, i am fine with writing any kind of pairing.

here are some tropes or worlds i am currently craving:

-regency era/ jane austen vibes (we can be a bit loose with historical accuracy, think bridgerton rules) i am begging for a reformed rake plot!! 

-house of the dragon! i am looking for someone to write as gwayne hightower

-harry potter or similar magical school setting (fuck jkr, btw) for this one, i am only interested in oc x oc

-a modern day romance or one set in the 90s or 2000s (classic rom-com vibes) 

-world and plots similar to x-files. i would love to write against a muse that is akin to fox mulder. our ocs will be detectives investigating odd, paranormal crimes and cases together… and falling in love, of course! or, if you would like to write as fox mulder, that would be wonderful too!

-slow burn romance

-best friend’s brother

-childhood best friends to lovers

i love more fun, up-beat plots, but i am always down for some angst too. and if a plot requires angst and dead dead topics (hotd), i am open to writing it! we would just need a conversation before hand on limits and boundaries.

i typically try to get out one, substantial reply once a week or two weeks. if i can’t, i will always let you know and keep you updated. life and work is super crazy for me, but i truly love to write with you all! just please keep in mind that my “real” life will always come first.

if i cannot write replies, i love to chat ooc and gush over characters and potential plot points any time of the day. also, nsfw is alright with me, but plot always comes first!

I went to a lit class last week and learned about several letters that belonged to the professor’s ancestors that were written back and forth in the 1800’s where one woman would write a character and the other would reply with their own character. It made me smile sm. Roleplay has been around forever.

my favourite type of rp partners are the ones i can have fun with ooc. ones i can make jokes with, gush over our ocs with, and share memes that remind me of cour characters! i also love sharing headcanons for our roleplay, and i LOVE sharing random rp plots that i thought of on the spot. i love it when we don’t have to continuously roleplay. i love it when we can chat without constantly thinking of “oh i should reply rn”. and i love it when we can both understand that sometimes… we just go silent. but after days, weeks, or months, we’re back like nothing happened!
