Beat Bad Cravings – Replace With Healthy Alternatives
Here’s how to beat bad cravings. You see, when we are hungry and craving certain foods, it’s actually a particular thing our body needs. Because we usually associate that craving with unhealthy foods, that’s what we end up eating. This leads to the inevitable failure of our diets.
But it does not need to be this way. Below is a handy guide, showing you the alternative healthy option. So, for instance. Next time you are craving chips, eat a handful of nuts and seeds to satisfy your craving. Why will this work? It’s because you are actually craving nitrogen for your system. It’s just you associate that craving with chips.
Learning to recognise and beat bad cravings will set your diet on the road to success.

Infographic: The Pros and Cons of Different Types of Home Flooring
If you’re looking to renovate a home or taking a look at new places to live, you should know the pros and cons of various flooring types. This visual guide covers nine different flooring types and how they rate when it comes to cost, durability, difficulty of installation, and how easy they are to clean.
The guide comes from Direct Buy, and lays out the pros and cons for ceramic or porcelain tile, floating wood tile, carpet, hardwood, engineered wood, bamboo, cork, stone, and vinyl flooring. Installing flooring can be an incredibly difficult task to take on, but it helps to know what you’re getting into - and whether the flooring type you like is actually worth it. One type might be easy to install, but is hard to clean. Another might be durable and easy to install, but is more expensive. Check the guide below to see what flooring might be best for you and your home.

Archi+ Carbon Positive House is the world's first carbon-positive prefabricated house, designed to produce more energy than its uses – over its lifespan it is expected to offer the same environmental benefits as 6,095 native Australian trees.
Grassy plants cover the roof of the building, offering a layer of insulation. ArchiBlox also specified the addition of in-ground cool tubes, designed to create cross-flow ventilation by pulling air in from the floor on the south side of the house and emitting it through the north-facing clerestory windows.
The house has been designed to make use of solar power through a series of roof-mounted photovoltaic panels. Rainwater recycling is also part of the product, helping to reduce water consumption.

Want to see what Danny MacAskill does on his day off?
"Wee Day Out" explores the rural landscape around Edinburgh in a film that sets out to capture the simple fun of a ride in the country with moments of incredible riding and a touch of humor.
Danny pulls off never-seen-before tricks, most of which would normally be assumed impossible on a mountain bike, like leaping onto a single train track, turning a hay bale into a giant unicycle, riding over a cottage, and disappearing into a 6ft puddle.
Oh, and keep an eye out for a cameo from Danny's dad, Peter!
Torch M1: Brightest Integrated Headlight Helmet
The stylish bike helmet with an integrated rechargeable 500 lumen, 30 degree wide light.
The M1 is the world’s brightest bike helmet designed for trail, rural and urban riders looking for a brighter path. The removable dual LED light produces a 500 lumen 30° degree wide beam, features a rear facing LED light for added safety and an enduro style visor for added comfort.
Its Key Features I like are:
500 Lumen Light - The compact yet powerful LED headlight features a striated 30 degree beam for optimal visibility
Simplified Mounting System - Our snap-and-go-system makes it easy to add lighting when you need it without the bulky accessories
Stylish & Fuctional Design - Torch M1 is designed to provide the utmost safety to the rider without jeopardizing it's classic form.
Torch M1’s 500 Lumen light comes with an easy to access port for USB charging, allowing riders to fully recharge their light in 3 hours from a wall socket, computer, or any other device that is USB enabled. Depending on which light mode is used one charge can last up to 1.5 hours (500 lumen) or up to 8 hours (pulse mode).
The lithium polymer battery utilizes a gel-like electrolyte for better stability and impact resistance than lithium ion batteries that can be dangerous when ruptured.
