He didn’t understand how much worse they were than standard headaches at first
He brought you painkillers and water, but when the pain persisted he suggested you see a doctor
When you explained to him how migraines worked, he was shooting up to get you blankets, turning lights off and turning down any music that was playing so you didn’t feel any worse
Once he was finished, you were wrapped in his arms while he told you stories about his day, whispering so you didn’t feel any worse
If they ever came on spontaneously, he was always prepared with water and painkillers stocked in his bag
If you had to cancel plans from extremely bad ones, he’d be over at your house in minutes with snacks to comfort you
Has definitely called Cherry and Joe in a panic more than once, not knowing how to help you
Read somewhere that exercise helped migraines, and encouraged you to skate around for a little while with him. Even if it was just for ten minutes, he was hoping the fresh air and fun would help take your mind off it and help it go away
You tried to meditate with him once to see if it would help, but the two of you couldn’t take it seriously and spent the whole session laughing, wincing from the slight pressure it out on your temples
Will bring you lots of food his mother helped him make, rambling about how he read somewhere that certain foods can relieve migraines.
He might not be a doctor, but Reki certainly knows how to help when you do feel sick
Cooks you the best food. Nothing too hot, nothing too cold. Everything is just perfect for helping to relieve migraines. Like Reki, he read some articles on what foods help relieve them the fastest, and tries to incorporate as many as possible into his dishes
If you’re hanging around his restaurant and you start feeling a migraine come on, he will dim the lights, using candles to light the place instead. Surprisingly the customers actually really liked the new lighting, which caused him to do it most days after a certain hour anyway
When your migraines increase your sensitivity to the light and cause you to stay in a dark room for a while, he has joked and called you a “vampire” on multiple occasions
Surprisingly, he’s a very good singer. So if you’re feeling tired and worn out from your migraines, he’ll hold you close to his chest and hum quietly as you drift off to sleep
He’s always stocked up on hot and cold compresses for you, so if you ever need them he’s rushing to his freezer to get you one ASAP
If your migraines come on at S, he’ll drive you home immediately, no matter what race he may or may not have that night
Endless forehead and temple kisses. Every few minutes if he hears you whimper in pain he’ll quietly press one to your head, trying to give what comfort he can
This man is a literal furnace. Just fifteen minutes of having your head pressed to his chest could relieve any migraines you may have
He checks up on you every ten seconds. He’s like a little notification, endlessly reminding you to drink water, to relax, everything you need hes got it covered. You’ve joked that his persistence is the reason for your migraines, which he did not appreciate
At the end of the day, as worried as he is, there’s no one you’d rather have looking after you

He knows all the best herbal remedies for tea and candles that will help relieve them, and will always whip you up a quick drink if you start complaining about them
If you’re eating something that he recognises will worsen your migraines, he’ll simply snatch it from you and pop it in his own mouth, telling you “it’ll make you ill”
You know he just wanted to eat it, but the thought is there
He’ll have Carla monitoring you, so he knows when something is up and he can immediately go get you what you need
Has Carla programmed for “migraine mode”, which will automatically dim his lights, pause any music he had playing originally and instead play some quiet lofi or classical music
On the off chance your migraines are bad enough for you to be vomiting, he’s sitting beside you, holding your hair back with one of his hairties while he rubs your back
Will give you massages to help relieve your migraines. He’ll lie your head in his lap and rub soothing circles into your temples while the kettle boils for your tea
Will call Joe and beg him for recipies on multiple occasions. When Joe offers to come over and “help out” he simply hangs up the phone, telling him Carla has far better recipes than some gorilla
(Joe sends him the recipes after he hangs up anyways)
Unlike Reki, Cherry is actually very good at meditating, putting you at ease within minutes
Has a little room in his house specifically for when you need a quiet place to rest when they get too bad. He has heaters, a comfy bed, fluffy blankets, low lights and peaceful music in there to give you the most comfort possible
