In their line of work, it was somewhat obligatory to feel a certain measure of apprehension upon seeing a firearm, but in Montrose’s hand, it felt more like a joke than an outright threat. Montrose was silent for a few seconds, as if to process Lyndon’s complete lack of fear. “It’s… a gun?” His tone was a little incredulous, and he sounded like he was at a loss for words, having been caught off guard. “Why, though?”

what is good steepies!! chapter two is officially up :) its wild the work count is higher than the first chapter and yet Nothing Happens, but i honestly love writing boring domestic shit with these two!!!
