Hey guys! It’s me, @remember-the-tether. My tumblr has not been working great lately – and by that I mean IT WILL NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING. Apparently, tumblr got suspicious after someone else tried to log into my account (idk why my shit is boring) and they locked my out of my own blog. The only way for them to know that it’s me is by sending a verification email to my yahoo account. Problem is, I don’t have access to that email address anymore (since I made it when I was 12 and cannot remember the password and my recovery email for THAT account was my sister’s old email and she definitely doesn’t remember hers either so…)
Long story short, the only way I still have access to @remember-the-tether is because I have not logged out on my mobile. However, tumblr has made sure to limit my ways of interacting with people; I can’t message, make my own posts, reply, or use my tags. It’s super discouraging to try to interact with fandom when it feels like you’re trapped in a glass box. So, I have come to the conclusion that I have to delete my account. I have tried everything to save it, since I have had my tumblr since 2012 when I made to be a Glee blog (YIIIIKES). I have accumulated an actually pretty decent following. However I will only adding people who have reblogged/ liked my posts in the last few months since it would take too long to tag all of my flowers and mutuals. I will also be tagging things I’m interested in because I can once again INTERACT WITH THE PUBLIC PLEASE MESSAGE ME. Please follow on my new account @beholdmysparkle!!!!!
