I do not use this blog anymore but I will say this. While I cannot stop you from interacting or continuing to interact with my content (as it is free for anyone who is a system and/or identifies as plural/multiple/etc), I do not support RAMCOA or HC-DID beliefs. RAMCOA is tied to antisemitic conspiracy theories, medical abuse/malpractice, and the community online constantly spreads misinformation and belittles others' trauma in a way that is emotionally harmful both to survivors with dissociative disorders and survivors without. It has originated from conspiracy theories such as SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) and cannot be separated from it. Alongside this, a lot of so called "information" on it is tied to alt-right groups and is insidious to keep pushing when this is some of the sources.

Deprogramming has also been connected to abuse. Project Monarch is coined by Cathy O'Brien, a conspiracy theorist. Everything about RAMCOA is connected to conspiracy theories and has been linked to direct deaths and/or crime (such as daycare/school trials). Religious abuse, child abuse, and abuse by groups do exist. They're not in the way RAMCOA believers say they do however.

I'm probably going to receive harassment for this post. If you do end up harassing me, you're only proving my point as to why RAMCOA believers are so dangerous. I once ended up believing it too due to being associated in system spaces online. However, RAMCOA has hurt our community deeply in both online spaces and medical spaces. RAMCOA believers hurt both system survivors and singlet survivors.

i formed nonhuman because our adhd and our autism sets us apart from our peers and whats considered normal, im 'themed' after computer codes (themed in quotations because this is just me but i do look veryyyy pixel-y) because the way society wants to function reminds us of a computer that runs perfectly, and we're just some sort of error incapable of helping the 'computer' run properly as the code should run. and im demonic looking because we have a few personality disorders that are VERY demonized and stigmatized. i am our interpretation for how everyone tends to see neurodivergency, including other neurodivergents themselves (nonhuman/different from the norm, an 'error', demonized)

It's okay to have a crush on other alters within your system. It's okay to experiment with dating them. It's okay to have a crush on the host(s). It's okay to have fluctuating levels of attraction. You are not embarrassing for being an alter in love.

it's okay if you split for no apparent reason / minor reason.

some systems have low split tolerance. they may split because "minor" triggers which wouldn't cause split in other systems. some brains just have no coping skills besides splitting. so these systems split to cope with anything. stress, emotions, difficult tasks, etc.

it doesn't make you fake if you split often, split easily, split from minor triggers. and also you may not know something is stressing you out when you're inside the situation. so you may see it as split for no reason while reason does actually exist.

and sometimes you may split fragment and not notice, and after some time this fragment may develop into formed alter, and you find out a "split out of nowhere" while there was a reason and split happened in the past.

you're not fake because of easy splits, frequent splits, unexplainable splits, etc. it is possible, it happens with many systems, and it's okay.

positivity post for unrepresented systems online!!! systems who want final fusion. systems who haven't had a host in years. systems who aren't introject heavy. systems who's littles and middles all act mature and like the body's age despite their insys age. systems who don't use any proxy bots on discord. systems who have osdd1a. systems who hardly ever know who's fronting. systems who found out about their system thru an official diagnosis. systems who have lots of parts that are very similar. systems who still call their parts "personalities" because it's the language that was used back when they were diagnosed. systems who will need accommodations for their disorder for their entire life. systems who don't want accommodations, ever.

i hear and see each and every one of you, and you're beautiful and amazing even if you don't fit the stereotypical system people talk about online. mwah <3

Here’s some positivity for systems who have chosen integration or final fusion as their goal in recovery!

Every system is unique, and many systems did not choose to be this way! For some, fusion is the best way to ensure health, safety, and happiness for that individual. And for many others, integration is how a system can find self love, compassion, and acceptance. This post is for people who find themselves in these situations!

Quite often in system spaces, there is a romanticization of distinct alters, dissociative barriers, and fully separate parts. Unfortunately for many systems, this is not a beneficial or realistic way to visualize healing and recovery. While many systems do choose to remain fully separate, and find that this way of life suits them best, this cannot be said for all systems.

Whether your system hopes for partial fusion or integration, or a full fusion and complete integration, please know that these are all perfectly healthy and normal choices for you and your system to make. Fusion does not “kill alters,” you are not “forcing headmates into dormancy” or “destroying your system” by choosing this path. While it is true that fusion is not best for everyone and every system has differing, individual needs, it’s also true that a significant percentage of systems do find peace, healing, and recovery through full integration or final fusion.

Please know that if you do find yourself in this situation, you will never be barred from our community. Even if you are a singlet who once identified as plural, you are still a vital and important member of the plural community. Your stories and experience can provide hope to many struggling systems who are where you once were. You will always be able to provide a unique perspective, and we value your presence in our spaces.

Regardless of how far along the integration process you are or hope to one day be, we care about you, we love you, and we want the very best for you! Only you, your system, and your mental health providers can truly understand and decide which recovery path is the best to take. We’re rooting for you, and we’re here for you, now and in the future - no matter what it holds for you and your system!

Blog announcement! I will be going on a indefinite hiatus. As of recent, I have been feeling demotivated to run this blog and have had stress and avoidance in regards to maintaining regular posting. I am unsure on if I will revamp this blog or how I will handle it. As of right now, there are a few posts left in the queue.

As for now, I will keep this blog up. It may or may not have the occasional reblog during my time away. I plan for this blog to cater to me and myself specifically as was the original intention in due time when I return.

Reminder for when progress seems stagnant...

Every system progresses at their own pace, has different goals, and different limitations. Some systems want to heal; to overcome obstacles that their trauma and mental health have placed upon them. Others want to develop their skills, to learn to switch, communicate, expand their system’s capabilities. Some systems want to reduce their headcount, and others want to create new members. Certain systems gain the skills they strive for in record speed, while others may take years to see visible progress, but in spite of all the variation and diversity: 

Your progression is your own unique journey. Others who’ve managed to accomplish what you want to do faster or with more ease than you does not define your worth, nor does it measure your validity as a system. 

Compare yourself to you, focus on yourselves, not on how others around you expect you to be progressing. Your health, happiness, progress, and recovery are yours to take the utmost time and care to achieve. 

I believe in you!

Fusion is a complicated topic. No matter your feelings on fusion for your own system – if it helps you, if you want to do it, if you're against the idea, if it would hurt you – you have a right to those feelings, and no one else has the right to dictate how you should feel about something so personal just because of how they would feel when presented with that choice. Whether you want total fusion, no fusion, or some fusion for your system, your choice and your feelings are valid. Do what works best for you.
