The USA in this mess today because schools have been criminally underfunded and devalued for decades. Teachers collectively form the plug in the pool, the only remaining blockade between civilization and civil war.

Through decades of calculated mismanagement, we have arrived at a state where a significant portion of the population believes “critical thinking” is “weak” and are wholly willing to embrace their latent racism and intolerance because it makes them feel better about their own pathetic existence.

This problem cannot be solved using the same level of intelligence which created it. To BE better we need to THINK better.
