Calisthenics after 3 mile run.. Still working on my form, one step at a time....

Ok, so the goal was to run 3 miles each mile under 9 min. I completed 3 mile over 22 min, doing 7:45 min. Per mike, then walked 2 min for cool down. Meditation daily for 81 days straight at 4 am, is paying off, when the mind tries to convince you, you can't do this you can't do that, is to hard, it hurts to much. Learn to be still in the chaos of the mind, man spirit begins to take over the vehicle and mind over matter becomes a reality. But truly man is empty/poor without meditation in one's life. You can achieve many things from physical brute force, but man reaches and conquers all within its own innerverse, by strengthening it's spirit and spiritualizing matter.
