Day 1 - 01.12
Meal I
2 hard boiled eggs 🗸
200 ml low fat milk ✗
1 banana 🗸
Meal II
2 hard boiled eggs 🗸
200 ml low fat milk ✗
1 banana 🗸
+
3 vegetables / fruits of choice - I had 1 small tangerine, 1 medium apple and 5 tablespoons of pomegranate
Today's summary
→ I exchanged the low fat milk for two medium sized tomatoes that I cut up and seasoned, since tomatoes are ridiculously low in c4lories I think I will make this switch up permanent and allow myself up to 4 medium sized tomatoes a day on top of the 3 fruits/vegetables → It's an accountability post so I'll be totally honest that I ate 4 dates on top of all that to deal with cravings and not ending up with a b1ng3 → Burnt 196 c4lories by walking → First meal occured after I f4st3d for 19h → I thought about the addition of the tomatoes to the diet and came to a conclusion that it's better to add those as they are mostly water, and will make me feel less hungry throughout the day, instead of r3str1ct1ng too much and ending up b1ng1ng (Yes I used to struggle with the b1ng3 and r3s cycle so I'm extra cautious) → I don't count kc4ls during this because I tend to get demotivated and/or allow myself to have "a little bit more" whenever not near my c4l limit and then end up regretting
Day 2 - 02.12
Meal I
3 hard boiled eggs 🗸
1 banana 🗸
Meal II
2 hard boiled eggs 🗸
1 banana 🗸
+
3 vegetables/fruits of choice - 2 Khakis, 1 large orange. 🗸* up to 4 tomatoes 🗸 *
Today's summary
→ I had 1 extra tomato for supper because I have lots of important classes tomorrow, and I won't be eating anything until I'm home. → I additionally ate one medium kiwi to make sure I got enough fiber, since I'm eating lots of eggs, and had 3 dates to curb chocolate cravings (it was for sure better than giving into the chocolate) → Burnt 141 c4l by walking → I feel really positive about this challenge so far, and am excited for the last day! Holding myself accountable for everything gives me a satisfying and calming sense of control → I noticed I'm increasingly dizzy while on this diet so I wouldn't recommend doing it long term if you have to spend long hours at school/work → If something I wrote isn't gramatically correct or doesn't make sense - for my defense I'm making this edit at 3 am and my head is spinning af 💔 I'll check for errors prolly when writing how day 3 went
Day 3 - 03.12
Meal I
3 hard boiled eggs 🗸
1 banana 🗸
Meal II
2 hard boiled eggs 🗸
1 banana 🗸
+
3 vegetables / fruits of choice 🗸 - 2 Khaki, 1 orange. up to 4 tomatoes ✗
Today's summary
→ Instead of the 4 tomatoes I had one plum (for fiber too) and one extra Khaki → My family made me "eat" dinner, but I managed to get away with eating just one forkful of meat, so it's not that bad yet enough to not be suspicious → This entire diet made me extemally dizzy and sleepy but unable to fall asleep easily, but it was quite satisfying to hold myself so accountable and edit this blog accordingly → Burned 202 c4lz by walking → Food noise situation got better → The brain fog and headaches are insane 🥀 → I probably feel so terrible because my day started off with 2 Ibuprofen tablets with black coffee before 9h of school 💔
