In the previous chapter, Asami & Feilong chased after Mikhail and ran upstairs. The idea of going after that Russian idiot bear is Feilong’s also. Then they were surrounded by Aaron upstairs, and some killers downstairs.
Feilong told Asami keep going after them (Mikhail + Yuri + Aaron is upstairs now), he stayed to stop the killers down there.
But then Aaron lured Asami to the middle stair and you know what happened. So, From Top down, is Mikhail -> Asami -> Feilong (-> and aki who is running in)

It seems he only knocked some killers on the way and run straight toward the rooftop. He didn’t lose much time, not stop anywhere, not find anything, not even get in a big fight. If he tried to find Asami he must have gone through many killers and won’t end up such safe and sound.
Some might say that’s because Feilong thought Asami was on the rooftop with Mikhail, so ran right to it.
No. Asami’s fight is gun fight. If Feilong paid his main concern on Asami, he should have checked the middle stairs right? Mikhail ran first then Asami, if gun fight started in middle stair, it must be Asami who should be worried about. And searching around should have involved Feilong in some fights, given him some wounds and bleed, but he didn’t have one.
The idea to run after Mikhail and help him kill Yuri was there from the start, he even told Asami that Yuri was whom he should kill, as you can see. This can also be considered as a lie, he hid from Asami the truth about Mikhail’s role in all this mess 🤣 Put all the responsibilities upon Yuri’s head 🤣🤣
So whatever he said, whoever he claimed to be running after, it seems to be just a tsunderic sentence 🤣 Can’t honestly speak it out loud that I followed the love of my life one way up here right 😆😆
