Hey dude, congrats on the health quest progress! Was wondering if you had any unique healthy recipes I could try since oatmeal and cereal is kind of boring. Preferably breakfast and lunch meals if you got any. Cheers! 👍
Thanks brother! I try to keep things very simple and just eat carrot sticks and broccoli, yogurt, soup, chicken or steak a couple times a week, rice pretty often (can give different results to different dudes, but for me it does not kill), a lot more fruit, like strawberries, pears, and cantaloupe. Sometimes I make beef chili to last a few days. I don’t really have any recipes because I just go for simple things to eat. My trick was stopping caffeine, which used to make me incredibly hungry until I slept. There may be a fey keystone items that are getting in the way of your progress and once you kill those, it all falls into place.

Hi there
I’m surprised I still have like 600 followers here still, wow
well, thank you all for sticking around, if you have.
I’d like to remind you that i’m still mostly present on other social media such as twitter https://twitter.com/MayorRev
and I also regularly upload items to the Team Fortress 2 Workshop on Steam
https://steamcommunity.com/id/Revengineer/myworkshopfiles/?appid=440
I’ll try to post every once in a while, my blog has been appealed just now so might as well.
I give tumblr as a site a lot of flak but you chose to stick around while a lot of people went elsewhere. That’s commitment, and I can’t say i’m not proud of that.
Take care, and have a great day.
writing a tumblr post these days makes me feel like im alone on an apocalyptic planet and i speak into a wallkie talkie every now and again to look for other survivors

i imagine getting my own place all the time and going down to the grocery store early in the morning before everyone else and to the coffee shop and having a really small place with wide windows and lots of plants and shelves of books and a tiny kitchen where i can make tea and noodles and a bed with a pile of blankets and just a place i can make uniquely my own or maybe a place i could share with someone but i just think about this place a lot idk
just throwing something in that nobody asked for
in 2015 I graduated college and moved into a group house, in a basement, on the far-ass outskirt of the city. I was constantly assailed by bugs and my rent was $500/mo, I did not have consistent work and was temping on and off.
One year later in 2016 I moved out with a friend and we split a two bedroom dump in the middle of nowhere for $700 each while I continued to work what was, at the time, a pseudo permanent temp job.
At the end of 2017 I picked up a contractor job and moved into the city for real this time, solo apartment, $1200/mo. I then immediately lost that job and got a new one. The last four months have been my first with real benefits and actual employee withholding.
It takes time, but not forever. It just irritates me to see people my age wistfully acting like because they don’t have something now, they can’t have it. Yes every step of that was fucked. It took three years to be called an employee somewhere, and to have actual sick days. In 2016 I had like 5 total hours of downtime from Monday to Friday.
But now I get to feel like a normal member of society and invite a friend over and not feel ashamed. I get to smush my bed against the window and my view is not bad. My kitchen has a little bar and in the morning I make coffee and a bagel and I eat at my bar. I don’t need to feel like “if i could go back in time and tell myself it was worth it” because I always knew it would be. I don’t think people should have to go through that initial year or so of living like a dog just so they can put “1+ years professional office experience” on their resume but it’s not impossible for anyone.
