Unfortunately, all this is going to take time. The cosplay won’t be dispatched until it’s made, which could be up to 2 weeks, and it’ll take me some time to experiment with and understand Sony Vegas. 

I’m not getting a Macbook at all, I’ve decided. It’s gonna take a bit of time to look around for a really good laptop that’s within my budget as well - there are so many! O_o So I’ll have to get researching…

Hahah, aww, England’s economy is awful right now. I’ve been super lucky getting this job because my school offered it to me when they found out I’d be taking a gap year, otherwise I would’ve either gotten something much less pleasant for much less pay, or nothing at all. I’ve been really lucky. But I really am planning to continue saving up the bulk of it for Uni and the future in general. :)

Since starting my job, I’ve saved up quite a lot of money and have been very good with resisting temptation to spend it. So I’ve decided to dip in and allow myself to buy a few things I’ve been wanting…

An Alois Trancy cosplay <3333 I’ve been wanting this for literally a year and have found the perfect one for a reasonable price~

It’s so perfect I just can’t even asdfghkjlsjl /excitement >.<;;

A new laptop. I was going to get a Macbook but my brother’s shown me how much of a rip-off they are. Intel Core i5 and like half the memory and power to other top of the range brands with Intel Core i7, which are like £200 less. You’re just buying the name with Macs, my God, the numbers say it all. I’m so glad he made me reconsider buying one, but now I’m still on the lookout for which one I want.

Sony Vegas Pro (either 9, 10, or 11).

Aaaand that’s it for now, excluding a little clothes shopping spree I’m going to permit myself to at some point… 

Squee, I’m so excited to buy these things, though. I’ve been saving up for so loooong, it’s finally going to pay off. o_o

Well, I can't speak for everybody, but I'm pretty sure that if somebody cared enough to write you a long, beautiful message, they're probably kind enough to understand why the reply wasn't immediate. Especially since it's not like you're just shunning them in favor of everything else - you're putting all this thought into it and you care so much about their feelings on the subject!

(It might be confusing, but I'd still be excited to get a reply even after all that time. "Oh, so it WASN'T ignored!" I mean, the fact that you didn't DELETE it would mean to world to me. There's a difference between ignoring and hesitation. Hesitation is something every human is familiar with, and should be able to understand...)

Hmm... Can you sip water? Or some tea, maybe? If you feel comfortable drinking, chamomile is excellent as a relaxant if you have any. I think cooler might be better.

Hmmm, I imagined slow massage over the chest/collarbone area could help calm the rapidness. I do that sometimes when I want to calm down physically...

Also, arms and legs and back/shoulders. Messaging large muscle groups brings bloodflow to the areas, and shifting bloodflow leads to relaxation.

Or it might be better to massage your temples and the part of your cheekbones by your eyes, if you can? Maybe even your feet. Those are known in reflexology to actually be part of some neural pathways that tell your physical body to relax.

What about distracting your attention? I was told by a friend that focusing on details around you - little, obvious things, like "There's a computer." "There's a cat." "There's a bed." And maybe focusing on the design on each of your blankets, individually, in a row. I was told that could help.
