No Connections

I know people have their own speculations about the purpose of K's new IG account. Is she going the influencer route? Is it in service of something else related to Entertainment. The thing that stands out to me is that she still needs to use Hudson to gain any traction or interest in her as a person, and that is actually sad.

This is a woman, who has had the opportunity to be around the Who's Who of Hollywood during the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and the Who's Who of the Canadian Screen World at the Canadian Screen Awards. And yet it's obvious she made zero connections in spaces with a boat load of celebrities. There are two reasons for that.

We haven't been introduced: I doubt very much Hudson spent any time trying to introduce her to the people at these parties, either as his girlfriend or just out of courtesy. I don't think he did this to be a jerk, but sometimes you know there are people that as the phrase goes "you can't take nowhere, because they don't know how to act." Hudson is brand new to fame and the industry, I doubt he was going to risk introducing her to people he respects and admires, just for her to embarrass him, and based on her sour energy 🙁 she would have. Also, she strikes me as a "big fish in a little pond" personality, and no matter how much people were gassing her up at the Oscar party, talking about she looked better than the actual celebrities there (please be serious 🙄), she knew she couldn't hold a candle, and rather than take the opportunity to take advantage of being at such an exclusive event, she probably felt intimidated and out of place. If she didn't and she had a great time, I suspect we wouldn't have seen her act the way she did while she and Hudson were waiting for their car. Also, there was Connor, which brings me to my next point.

To the Adorable Couple: From Golden Globes Weekend, to SNL, to the Vanity Faid Oscar Party, and the Met Gala. People want to meet Hudcon as a unit. This doesn't mean they haven't established themselves individually. Connor and Hudson's castmates on their other projects rave about them as individuals and their talent. However, there's no denying they have Hollywood IT COUPLE energy when they enter a room together. Even if K had wanted to take advantage of Oscar night, the vibe that night was clearly all about Hudcon and their unintentional matching. The moment Connor arrived and Hudson damn near combusted at him in that sheer top, she knew that night was over for her, no matter what the planned roll out was supposed to look like. Even in the pictures from inside of the event, there are none of the two of them by themselves. Nobody was anxious to get a picture of Hudson and his "gf" from home. They were in a group picture with Olivia Rodrigo, then Hudson took a picture with Olivia, just the two of them, where he looked more natural than he did with K the whole night, shocker right, not really, we know how natural Hudson is around every woman but K. Then a picture again with him and Connor alone, to add to the hundreds taken outside of the party. Otherwise, she was in the background.

Then you have the MET GALA, where literally every celebrity present wanted to be around Hudcon to the point, that the articles that came out about that night said they were "holding court." Even if you go back to the Golden Globes night, there's that perfect video of them sitting at the table leaned into each other while people came to talk to them. People want to be around Hudcon together. That's why the C/F narrative was always laughable, and that's why H/K isn't believable because if F or K were the real partners, why was everyone at multiple events more excited to meet their partner and their partner's best friend. That's because by now, as my mutuals and I have discussed, that Hudcon is most likely and open secret now. They've been to enough events together and noticed by enough people for dots to be connected.

No Money, No Connections: Somebody really did lie to K several times. Is there an audience for her? Sure, we've seen the parasocial stans already come out the woodwork, buying cheap dresses to try and cosplay as her. Making idiotic TikToks gassing her up. But she still has to talk and have a personality, and she still has to sell something. She reminds me of the musical Singin' in the Rain, where the silent film stars have to take diction lessons, because their voices are terrible, and no one knew it because you couldn't hear them in the movies. One of the main characters has an annoying voice to go along with an annoying personality. Incidentally that movie includes a plot where the actress and actor are sold as a real-life couple and they aren't. Mind you this movie was made in 1952 and set in the 1920s. PR relationships have been a part of Hollywood since its inception and people are really playing dumb about it in 2026.

All that to say, this has to be the most idiotic roll out of a celebrity's partner I've ever seen, especially a non-famous one. That fact that we still don't know her as a person makes this even more ridiculous, especially because the person who should be screaming how wonderful she is from the mountain tops, is busy screaming from the mountain tops how wonderful his Emotional Support Person in Life is.

Rumpled and Glowing

I’m not saying, I’m just saying that Hudson is looking a little rumpled, relaxed and glowing compared to when we saw him in Greece. If there were any additional brief LAYovers post-London, let’s just say business was handled quite well. Or if there will be one on the way back, we are now getting anticipatory glowing knowing business will be handled. Thoroughly.
