Hello, I was thinking of doing a Frankenstein Fate cosplay. I've never done cosplaying before, so I was wondering what materials did you use and how did you measure the dimensions for it? Thank You.
Hey! So I feel that I’m not such a great person to ask about the measuring, I’ve got a bad habit of making stuff up as I go along. For the horn I just used thin craft foam and cut out bits and hot glued it back together to make the curves (I loosely followed this tutorial!) and measured it against my own head to make it as accurate as possible! It’s held on with some hair clips underneath the ear bits??
As for the dress, again I’ve got a habit of just cutting fabric out and it usually works out okay? A circle skirt is relatively easy to make with some measurements and I’ve got a poofy underskirt underneath! The bodice is just rectangles measured against myself with some bias binding sewed on and a white bra :)
