Ughhhh

I am a failure. It is official. I tried to get better, get "healthy" by eating as much as I wanted rather than restricting, abandoning this blog, and working out NOT every day and this is what I get- almost ten pounds gained and two inches gained all over. I'm huge again. Wow. "Recover" isn't cute, it isn't fun- you just gain weight and get ugly again and can't wear any of your clothes. 3 months work destroyed by one month of binging. I'm back on track though. No red meat, no sweets, no wheat. I'm taking this farther than I ever have before because I never want to go back to this, I told myself I'd never get back to this and I let myself down :(
