posting is somewhat irregular. i only update this blog whenever i have something to post, and i prefer not to rush the process :3

i do sometimes check out reblogs or things others have tagged me in, but this is a sideblog, so interactions usually come from my main blog which for personal reasons i won't name here (however i do talk about this blog there so it's not exactly a secret).

More angst prompts (you don't need to use all, but I also felt like dumping some sooooo):

Character has a group of friends that started to turn against them when they got more powerful (be it popularity or actual powers). Bonus points if they did it to help others

A leader who had their people betray her due to disagreements, corruptions and higher ups putting bounties on them

A person who lives in an area for years despite having the ability to come back to where they are from (reason on why is optional). Eventually, they sepnt so much time taming to their new, lonely life that they never came back

A scientist who use themselves as a test subject, and slowly lose their mind and become unrecognisable (bonus points if they did this to avoid cruelty but ends up become a cruel monster)

A person who came back to the living world after dying, and constantly felt trauma from certain things (like giving paper flowers to a friend who died yet has resentment towards, then seeing someone with a paper flower crown and having flashbacks)

A person who found what they truly mean from isolation, felt it bitterness and slowly rotted alone

A person, obce a human, slowly lost their sense of humanity and became bitter (bonus points if they still have a flicker of it, but it's so little it ended up just feeling like muffles)

ough thats a lot ..... this will sustain the blog for at least the next 2 years ...... (joke about how slow i make posts)

Idea:A person who's gone without any interation between their own species for so long they start shaping everything like them, including living ones

hmm interesting, this is for a writing prompt list i assume? also if i may ask what do you mean by "shaping everything like them"?

hi chat

recently, i've been looking for more oc question / prompt / resource blogs, so i made a spreadsheet to document the ones i can find! you can check it out here. any feedback, comments, criticism etc is appreciated! particularly about whether this is a good idea at all HFJSHDJKFH

in other news, i started another resource blog, but this time specifically for oc prompts — @promptsforyourocs! this doesn't mean i'm completely moving over there. i will continue posting on this blog, but this blog will have longer posts and more general resources, whereas the other blog will have shorter posts that are more specifically geared towards ocs. i'm also going to do prompt submissions and oc showcases there, so be on the lookout for that if it's something you're interested in!

weather update!! okay, not really. hi everyone!! haven't been posting often, i've been focusing more on myself and my own ocs lately if you're wondering why. i'm not sure when i'll get the inspiration or the ideas to start posting here again, so i guess this is just a warning (?) that i may post way less often.

you may answer these questions for any number of characters, but ideally they should all be friends.

how did they become friends? did it happen over a lunch break, or did they need a life-or-death situation to even start bonding?

in what circumstance would they have not become friends?

what would their lives be like if they had never met?

what (or who) would break their friendship, if any?

what is something they do together, that people who aren't their friends just Don't Get?

do they ever have to compromise? in what situations? how much?

what do they all have in common, if anything?

have they ever had to be apart (physically or socially)?

if they are a friend group: how open, or clique-y, is it? (how do they treat people outside of the group? is "accepting new members" or "kicking people out" a thing for them?)

describe their dynamic with memes.

has any disagreement between them ever caused major conflict?

do they assign labels or "roles" to each other, consciously or not? (mom/dad/parent friend, baby of the group, quiet one, smart/dumb one...) if so, what are they? otherwise, why not?

do they live together? if not, would they?

it was just a little joke, a small misunderstanding, a light squabble... or so you thought.

you know your friendship is nothing now. yet, you still can't shake the sadness you feel when they don't greet you in the morning, like they used to do.

you've always had a terrible feeling when seeing them with their other friends all the time. they've always dismissed this as 'jealousy', but recently, you learned the feelings were completely justified.

"you've changed. this isn't... i don't know you anymore."

it's been a while. is the friendship still worth fighting for, at this point?

reaching out to your phone to send them a text, or passing by their house and—for a brief moment—considering knocking on their door, before hesitating. on second thought... nevermind.
