“Okay but like I saw this in a video so this has to work!” Sidney said excitedly.

Sidney had prepped everything best he could. He had gotten the supplies: coal peanut butter, Ice, gloves, tongs, safety glasses and a white lab coat. The last two weren’t necessarily needed, but they made him look smarter. However the smart thing to do would have been to do research on the experiment before going out and spending his money on things he didn’t need. All his information was based off of an 12 second video he saw while blogging.

Sidney pulled a coal out of the oven and forced it into a jar of peanut butter. A smile of arrogance washed over his face as he spoke, “we are going to be rich!”

Sidney rubbed his eyes, “Is this like the meme where the cups are in the lawn because it’s muggy, or are you being passive aggressive about the dishes not being done.” Being so early in the morning, with logical thinking not being Sid’s strong suit, he wasn’t there enough to question anything. Sid went to grab a bowl to eat cereal only to find the shelf empty. “Did you just use the last bowl to drink apple juice when you could have just drank out of the carton?” Sidney questioned more awake to the fact that he couldn’t eat his cereal.

Sidney pulled his hair back and actually smile, “Noah, got it. Look, thank you man. I promise I won’t stalk him or any weird shit. Dude you have no idea how much this means to me.Thank you so much,” Sidney tried to walk away but found himself turning around, “Have you heard from Milo lately? I know that you and them were good friends and I haven’t really talked to them after they were a dick to Gwen.”

“I texted them not too long ago.” Giovanni told him. He didn’t get Sidney dropping Milo like that. Him and Gwen clash, but that was it. It wasn’t like Gwen held it against Milo or anything. “You should probably talk to them.”

“I mean I guess,” Sidney said rubbing his neck, “They just didn’t really care to be friends with me to begin with, so when they didn’t text me after high school, I just assumed they were finally happy to get rid of me. I tried texting them a few months back, but they never replied.”

If not for me,” Sidney’s expression slightly shifted, “do it for Gwen. If she finds out that her best friend and the guy she is unknowingly interested in are hanging out don’t you think she would be more willing to take the step of actually going out with this guy? You would be helping Gwen get with this guy, man.”

Giovanni crossed his arms and leaned against the door sill. He gave Sidney a much more serious than usual look. “Do you trust Gwen’s judgement?” He asked, not agreeing or disagreeing to introducing Sidney to him.
