At a certain point in transitioning you can get to a point where you forget that you're trans because you've curated the people around you to only be people who you know don't look at you like gender-lite.

#I remember how miserable I was as a teenager and I wish I could tell him that life was gonna be okay #you get on HRT and you get top and you get a hysterectomy #it's all gonna be okay in the end #it's never as serious as it seems when you're in highschool #don't let the bastards get you down

I love being transsexual, I love doing HRT, I love modifying my human experience, I love that I chose my own name, I love that I can dress how I please, I love trans joy and happiness, I love that people that love me, I love my medical team, I love my partner, I love my friends, family, and coworkers, I love the strangers that tell me their loved ones are trans, I love the grandma's who treat me like their trans grandchildren, I love the children that see their future in my joy. I love being trans.
