I started last night making my own weight loss sigil and started today with some fire magic to banish my weight.

So i wrote what i wanted to no longer have, "having a normal bmi". previously i have done a sigil for not feeling sick after being home sick from anxiety for Months which worked. Its hard to not feel that same sick when not eating though and we know life with ed isnt healthy and takes away from other aspects of life. but i want to still hold on to the things i love.

enter the universe letting me manifest keeping those things.

i burned the paper with the writing but the burning stopped on its own.
