Nell'ultima settimana ho perso qualcosa come 3 chili. Sto male, sono triste, non riesco a mangiare, non riesco a dormire. Ora ho anche le palpitazioni. La psichiatra vuole farmi ricoverare ma non posso, questo mi fa innervosire perché vorrei solo prendermi cura della mia salute mentale, invece devo mordermi la lingua e andare avanti perché rischio che i miei non pagheranno più le tasse di medicina. Diventare medico è il mio unico appiglio, se perdo quello, perdo tutto, non posso permettermelo. Eppure, se non mi lascio curare, perderò tutto lo stesso. Non c'è via di scampo, non ho scelta. Andrà tutto a puttane in ogni caso.
