Hello I am ill so here's a list of how I think each c!hermit would react to feeling sick.
Bdubs: continues working, while coughing violently, and gives a very sarcastic 'Oh, yeah, thanks for noticing...' when you mention it
Beef: He's definitely not ill, but may also need some more paracetamol.
Cleo: 'I lived through the bubonic plague, a cold is nothing'
Cub: goes into hiding. Will not come out until he is better. Also denies he is ill.
Doc: Don't you dare call me cute don't you dare call me cute don't you dare- *tiny goat sneeze* aaaww he's so adorable and also too ill to fight me about that.
Etho: Nu-uh. He is not ill. He will run, and fight, and hide, and resist any and all attempts to give him medical care, because he is NOT. ILL.
False: May hide and recover somewhat but is not happy about this.
Gem: Lives on honey and lemon for 3 weeks. Treats herself because she's sick and she deserves it.
Grian: Sulky blanket demon. Wants presents.
Hypno: He doesn't get ill. No one knows why.
Impulse: Slowly dying as he places "just one more block" before going to bed
Joe: Prepares his own funeral. Just in case. (Cleo willingly assists)
Joel: Has been locked in his storage room for his own safety. Is screaming about how bored he is.
Keralis: Uses it as an excuse for everything he's failed at in the last month. Also it's xB's fault trust
Mumbo: Sleeps for 3 weeks straight and is somehow still ill
Pearl: 'Cureall soup for you! And cureall soup for you! And-'
'Pearl, are you gonna have some too?'
Ren: Trails other hermits (particularly False or Doc) making puppy noises, then pretends he's fine
Scar: "CUUUUB!!!! :c " Spends the next month being pampered and doted on by Cub. Also, you cannot visit if you haven't gotten him a present. Is incredibly grateful for all help and gifts.
Skizz: Tries to do everything right but also misses hanging out with his buddies and accidentally makes everyone sick because of this.
Tango: Keeps working. Loses track of time. Becomes a hazard to himself. Impulse launches an intervention, leads him reluctantly to bed as he weakly insists 'But I don't wannaa... °^°'
Wels: 'Nah, I'm fine' *coughing fit* 'never mind I'm going to bed'
xB: Hides. Keralis finds him and cries for two hours about him dying, before xB insists it's just a cold also I challenge you to 500 games of connect 4.
Xisuma: 'hey, I'm feeling a little under the weather-' *every hermit rushes over with presents and soups and medicine and blankets*
Zedaph: 'Aha! I've been waiting for a time to test my redstone contraption that runs on coughing!'
Martyn: Binges the entirety of One Piece, blames the Watchers, tries the first cure he sees on the internet and ends up even iller
Lizzie: 'Ill? Me? Oh, no! You are severely mistake it's- uh- a defense strategy!'
BigB: Whenever you look at him, he is magically ok. You turn away, and he immediately coughs.
Scott: 'I AM TOO GAY TO BE ILL-' Somehow tricks Jimmy into caring for him. Sulks in a unicorn onesie.
