alrik is NOT buff!!! the extra space on their chest is for their keel so the wings have enough bone to attach to. you can also see how his backplates are a bit further down to make room for the wing muscles

fiore's hooves are more goatlike & articulated because i like goat hooves and caprines tend to get a lot of religious/demonic association, which works well for his ancestry

his armor is also differently articulated to account for extra joints and a quadrupedal stance - not by much, but if he took off the cloakish thing you'd see he has a flanchard instead of a chestplate

his scimitar is also arranged to be drawn and wielded with his mouth
