Admin Hailey and I weren’t around these past few days due to our ooc schedules and because we were deliberating on where we should go with this roleplay after so many drastic changes took place. After much consideration, we came to a difficult conclusion that it would be best to end this roleplay here. For no other reason besides the fact that we didn’t have as much time as we wanted and needed to run this the correct way anymore, and you guys deserved that. So, we do genuinely apologize but we are so very grateful for all of you that made this fun and kept it going as long as it did. So many of you stuck around since day one and we were so lucky to have all of you here! We’re going to miss you guys, thanks so much for everything.

Good morning, loves! Last night was a bit different but we did have our cruise from Fiji. Whether you partied the night away or rested up, it doesn’t matter because we’re now in Dubai for the next two days! We’re checking in at the Fairmont The Palm, Dubai Resort. As before, there are two accommodation options. The Fairmont Suite, which sleeps 1-2 people and The Fairmont Deluxe Suite, which sleeps 3-4 people. You’re free to pick your own roommates and room alone on this trip. After checking-in and getting comfortable, feel free to spend your day exploring the resort and the rest of Dubai. Some things for you all to do during the day, independently or as a group:

Dining at the any of the resorts 6 restaurants and lounges that take diners on a culinary journey from Arabia to Europe and South America.

Four temperature-controlled swimming pools and access to 800 meters of private beach— do watersports on the beach like water skiing, jet skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking.

Explore the Dubai Marina; go sightseeing and visit the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper.

Go shopping at the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall.

Sand-Skiing Safari.

We hope everyone enjoyed their peaceful retreat in Fiji but we’re off to our next destination so make sure your bags are packed and ready to go! “Inception at Sea” is one of Spring Break’s most popular party cruises, catered to college students. The party never stops onboard Inception, the ultimate party ship which features appearances by some of the biggest names in music! Tonight you all will be boarding the ship for a fun-filled night until tomorrow morning when we dock in Dubai for our two-day stay! Hi, guys! So back to our regularly scheduled programming. Of course, we planned on having the cruise event tonight but it was overshadowed by open dash and an obvious need to clear the air. We know it’s pretty late now we can either post the event at 10 or just not, and post all check-in information instead about our resort stay in hotel and leave you guys to get settled in tonight? We just don’t want the event to go ignored because it’s late and we know many of you probably won’t be online much longer for the night. Let us know if you’d prefer/participate with the cruise event or just to be in Dubai already/checking in to your rooms?

so if everyone has come to a mutual understanding, it looks like we will stop swerving our peers and give everyone an equal opportunity, support our endeavors, study for our classes so we can pass them, and actually participate in events instead of hiding behind music posts. also, anon games are cool and all, but you guys could totally have game nights and actually play those types of games together, just an idea. so if we’re all done here, you may resume regular dash but this should definitely all be done by 9:30. thank you all for participating and i hope that we will make these improvements as a team!

I’m going to address the situation from last night, and I’m not even gonna try to sugar coat it because it was completely unnecessary and could’ve been avoided.

@ripnicri honestly, with a lot of the drama that people come to us about, you’re the person at the head of it. I don’t know if this will hurt your feelings or not, but when I logged in this morning, there were anons asking us to kick you out because you had done something again. and to be honest, we were aware of what carried on, but we had not been here for all of it to judge who was in the wrong; we actually thought it was a joke. I came to you this morning and I asked you what happened, and you told me that you and Nova made a joke that got taken seriously. you both brushed it off as if you were oblivious to why I was asking you when you probably knew, because you’re smart girls. so, I’m sure you know you’re not the only person I asked, I asked several people and I noticed that you were making it seem as if everything was just confusing to you. I’m not going to kick you out, but I am going to ask that you stop instigating other people’s business. To my understanding, this was not even your battle to fight, you just inserted yourself, as you usually do. Stemming from a few days ago, @shutupnova is the one who had the problem with Makai over a misunderstanding, and Nova should have been the one to hash it out with him. Nova, you need to fight your battles. If you don’t want to, don’t talk about people behind their backs and let your sister snitch on you. You girls are messy and I am tired of hearing about it. If what you all said was an actual joke and you saw Makai taking your seriously, like the mature folks we are, you should’ve diffused it, if it wasn’t what you wanted but you all feel like you have something to prove so you just couldn’t. @dcnjulio feels as if you, Niari drag his name into things that don’t concern him, which I can’t attest too much to, but if he wants to address it with you, I’m sure he will, now that you know. The things that you do could be used as developmental drama instead of straight up mess, if you’re talking about your friends behind their backs, at least do it with a purpose or don’t do it at all. I’m sorry this is so long, but I had the time of my life hearing about all the bs, trust me.

First and foremost, I wanted to acknowledge the fact some people don’t like open dashes and if that’s you, before you come to us complaining, just opt out all together and watch.

For a few days now, the inbox has been full of complaints from you all and about your peers. So, I’m giving you all the opportunity to address your peers and come to a mutual understanding, if not a solution to your problems. This open dash is to remain in character at all times. If your problem is with another person ooc, then that is to be handled in IMs. I will address what carried on last night in a few minutes, but you all may start, we are here listening to your concerns and ready to help. Please use this time to be upfront, because after this, your IMs about your peers are going to need to come to an end. You should not be toxic to one another, unless it be clearly plotted, which none of your drama has ever been since the start.

Another thing I wanted to add while you’re all here; I know that you’re eager to develop your characters and move on with their lives, but we are ALL college students here, meaning no one is special or famous. You all could be “struggling artists” since I see most are taking the musician route, but going on tour and all that extra jazz? It’s just not possible until you graduate. you need to be in class and passing them in order to follow those dreams. This is the last I will say about it, do not go on “tour”.
