putting on my surface level themes hat. I really liked the cop character in Bugonia. His introduction is alarming, needlessly intimidating for what he's actually trying to do. He acknowledges Teddy doesn't want to be around him, for a very specific reason, but will not grant him that peace. He keeps bringing up the very specific reason, nudging and pressuring Teddy for forgiveness, to be let back into his life, never accepting that the answer is obviously "no."
